Cordova Nutrition — Restaurant in Memphis

I used to go to nutrition shops all the time for teas and shakes. I have always loved the Herbalife loaded teas and this location is close to my work so that was convenient. I love a healthy-ish caffeinated drink other than just coffee, especially one that tastes like candy and also gives me that afternoon or morning boost I need! When I walked in, I immediately loved the vibe of this place. They had good music playing but it wasn’t too loud, and all of their teas were listed with ingredients of each one. I ended up getting a basic loaded teas called the gummy bear. It tasted like blue and orange sweet tarts!! And very pretty presentation. A little pricey, but the cup is HUGE. The lady at the front was so nice!! I will definitely be coming here more in the spring...

The Gluten free & Vegan Smoothie was awesome. I also had a great experience here. I called first to make sure they carried alternative Milk options. The lady that answered was very nice, and said they had products with soy milk. When I got there I checked the bottle of the protein powder they use. She said they had vegan powder too. After checking both, the vegan one is the only one that is strictly plant based using only soy. The other one contains milk and soy. I showed her and she was very grateful for teaching her. I also shared with her about the documentaries: What the Health, Gamechangers, and Forks over knives. She asked me to write it down. She really wants to learn to help her customers. I’ve been going to Cordova Nutrition for almost 3 yrs now. Best loaded teas I’ve had since I’ve know what a loaded tea is. Mez and her mother are the sweetest people you could ever meet. Plus one of them is really cute 😉! If you come in with the sniffles or under the weather they know exactly what you need and suggest it. There have been a few times I walked in and one had suggested something because they see something is off about me that day. They will even take the time to talk with you and get to know you personally (if they have no customers). Stop in and give them a shot you’ll be glad you did. You’ll also leave feeling a lot better.
