Crazy Mexican Sports Bar — Restaurant in Memphis

The manager is very rude my husband ordered the margarita special and asked for no queso . They put it on his food anyway and when we spoke to the waitress the manager would not replace his order. He became rude and said we do not remake orders . Clearly it wasn't our fault I was so upset so I asked for the check. He charged for the full meal aswell as a gratuity of $12 for 2 people. Which he was not supposed to do without having it posted on the restraint and of course that was a issue as well. We gave the waitress 5 $20's and the manager gave me 47 cent in charge I said this is incorrect I gave you $100 he said he took off the gratuity and that I only gave her 80 which was not true. The waitress was extremely slow and had comprehension issues. Food was not good at all and orders were wrong and when you ask to speak with the manager he came out acting as if we ordered the wrong thing and still wanted us to pay for the wrong food with a discount and had a attitude when you didn't want to accept the food you actually ordered as if we wanted to pay twice and the drinks were wrong as well but dealt with the wrong drink because if not we would've had to wait another 30 mins and at the end when paying the tab the manager wanted you to tip again after charging 12% gratuity for food that was left on the table and poor service. Needless to say I would not recommend this place you will have a better time and service at Margaritas or Happy Mexican or any other...

The food was good but the customer service and atmosphere was not so good. The bartender seemed like she didn’t want to be there and was annoyed for some reason. Her coworker who was behind the counter that took my order was by far the best out of everyone (had blonde hair with a black jacket on). I hope my tip goes to her. Ordered a taco de asada with a walk down drink. My biggest issue was a random waitress was saying something to me in Spanish with an unpleasant attitude. I asked a guy what she was saying but refused to tell me and just told me to say yes.
