I was very excited today, because it's Tuesday and KFC have a special for an 8 piece, 4 Thighs and 4 Legs for $10.00. So I ordered one. l asked for 4 extra Crispy Thighs and 4 Original Legs. Shondra the cashier that took my order did not know how to ring it up for the special price which is on Tuesday and Saturday's. So another mgr help assisted her. When I got my order it had just the thighs, no legs, so after waiting for at least 15 minutes or longer to get my order it was wrong, so I take it back to the counter, the mgr gave me the 4 original legs and the mgr that took my order did get me a free drink so I was okay. When I started eating my food the extra Crispy Thighs was soggy and the original legs was just salty, it didn't taste like the original recipe chicken am use to tasting. So to make everything even worst. A tall person walk through the side door with a full spiderman jump suit on with the face and head cover up. Once again I said a full spiderman jump suit on with the whole entire body cover up. I noticed that they was black because I saw their right hand and I thought they had a gun , but it looked like a black cell phone or a gun, I wasn't for sure, So I was getting ready to leave when they can in but I was undecided what to do, so I just stayed still. What even made it terrible again, the person went through the side door behind the counter and begin to unzip the spiderman jump suit and they were an employee standing at least 6"3. tall. Now this is terrible, it is not even Halloween and if it was you don't do know stuff like this. I was going to tell the Mgr, but I decided to take it to the internet and to call the corporate office. Read moreThe absolute worst ordering experience and customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered $21 worth of food on their app and scheduled to pick it up an hour from when I made the order. The app took my money and went through the whole process of telling me that “your order has been scheduled” and “we’re cooking it up now” then “it’s ready for you”. When I did get there I was told by the woman working the drive through that they didn’t have the spicy tenders i ordered because they were frozen (I ordered an hour before and nothing was made at all).
I then requested that I get a refund and the woman just kept telling me “that’s got nothing to do with me, you should be able to cancel it”. I looked all over the app and there was no option for me to cancel an order that had already been placed. (DUH) I asked if she could just cancel it since she can see my order on her screen, since I paid so much money I wanted it back. But she just kept telling me that “how you ordered is not my fault” and “you won’t be getting any money back from me, this got nothing to do with me”. She’s the employee, and she started getting frustrated with me and had a bad attitude. She obviously just didn’t want to do her job whatsoever. She was going to do absolutely nothing to help me, and was blaming me for it!!!
(BTW, there were no other customers there except one car in front of me, so she wasn’t too busy or anything)
I will never be returning to this location again. Worst fast food experience...
Read moreOMG let's start with I ordered 9 chicken Littles ADD bbq sauce 2 fish order of fries I was asked to pull to the door to wait on what was supposed to be fresh food but I received old sandwiches without mayo and when I went back for mayo packs I was told they didn't have them so when I asked could mayo be put on the sandwiches I was told they didn't have mayo for that either so why didn't they say that when I ordered the burgers and when I asked for water I was told they don't have water and then I asked for extra bbq sauce since I couldn't get mayo and my sandwiches were dry as all get out I was CHARGED even after u guys didn't have all the original ingredients for my sandwiches and the cashier whom didn't give me a receipt was shower very very very poor customer service and the manager on duty walked up and did not care what was going on at her window This was my very first time ever at this location and I will not ever...
