The guy I talked to said he was the franchise owner. They made a mistake with the order and delivered something I didn't order, and of course it was a long wait because they don't have enough drivers. I called to let them know that they messed up and that I was almost there to pick up their redo, and the owner said they'd remake the order. Im frustrated, I ordered online, i waited forever for my pizza, pay for delivery, tip the driver, only to get the wrong thing. when I call, while on the way, I am immediately put on hold, and have to listen to their obnoxious hold ads, when i finally talk to the owner, I dont get an apology on the phone, I dont get an apology when I show up at the store, and when the guy hands me the pizza that I ordered an hour and a half ago without even a, "sorry, have a good night." I start having a really hard time believing this guy is the manager. I make it all the way to my car and go back to ask when the top guy would be there and he claims to be the owner. I asked him if he thought that this mistake was handled sufficiently, and he freaked out and asked me what I wanted. I believe he would have given me a free pizza or whatever I asked within reason, but what I really wanted was for him to see that this wasn't the way to handle this mistake. I really want to give this guy the benefit of the doubt. He really seemed jaded, and I really just wanted to help him out, but he just seemed to hate his life so much that he just couldn't stand to take any more stress and just broke. He threw his hands up and walked off, then he came back and said he wasn't going to talk to me, and then ignored me like a child. I received text message updates and in the delivery instructions I asked for it to be brought up to my room and knock. After receiving the text that the food was delivered I double checked my phone..no calls...I called the store and spoke to Shawn who put me on hold. Christine picks up and I told her I was on hold for Shawn who was trying to find my order. She proceeds to tell me that the driver called my number and I never answered so she left. I told her she may have called my office number in Oklahoma if the app didn't change my number like it was supposed to. She said she could send the same food out but it would be while before that would happen. And that it was against store policy to go to the rooms. I asked how I was supposed to know those changes if there is NO mention on the app or online and they were able to text me the updates but not call the right number and now they want to send the same food out which would def be cold. She argued with me then told me she was canceling (after I told her I didn't want to cancel the order bc we were hungry which is why I ordered food in the first place) the order and hung up on me.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE MANAGERS HANDLING THE SITUATION.

Read moreGot pizza delivered to the hospital where I work. Only took a few minutes between ordering and delivery. Pizza was already ice cold. The pieces were piled on top of each other, others were upside down, tomatoes stuck to top of box. Looked like it had been dropped. Called and reported the issue. Was told that the delivery guy may have held my pizza box sideways (really?) and the pizza may have seperated. I said the way it was piled looked like it had been dropped. He said he would make me another and be here in about half an hour. Never saw him! The store finally closed, and apparently he just told me he would remake it just to get me off the phone. Dominos doesn't stand behind their promises. Also, teach the morons that food doesn't go sideways when holding. There is such a thing as gravity. Don't lie and say you are delivering a new one. I guess I am done if Dominos doesn't care about how customers are treated. Wish I had not tipped the driver since he didn't care if my order looked like a pile of trash and hold the other idiot that didn't think my pizza looking the way it did was a big deal,...
