Yesterday 10/04, I went to Garibaldi's on my lunch break. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs to go. As I stepped out of my car, the food fell out of the bottom of the bag. It ruined my passenger seat, my center arm rest, my driver's seat, and my pants. I had to go buy new pants immediately, so I could get back to work. I called the manager, and she didn't know what to do. I told her to call me when she had a solution. She never called. When I called back, she said the owner would call me back, I called back today, and she said he would call me in the next few days. NOTHING WAS DONE TO MAKE THE SITUATION BETTER. It ended up being an expensive meal that I never got to eat and ruined the inside of my car. I will never eat there again. The situation was poorly handled, and has not been resolved.

I've been frustrated for a while at the seeming lack of good food service in this area to the point I'm boycotting a couple restaurants. I love Garibaldi's food and it's one of the few places I trust. Today I ordered Garibaldi's 22 oz ranch to make up for another restaurant gipping me on it the night before and to my disappointment, they forgot to bring it. I usually don't complain, because it's not worth it on a dollar or less, but this was a bit too much to forget about. I called to inform them and was offered reimbursement or re-delivery. I explained I did want the ranch since it was to make up for the other botched order, so they sent me the one I purchased plus another one!    Read moreMy pizza, was horrible. Absolutely, horrible. But itâs not yalls fault. Itâs mine. I didnât know the Alfredo sauce was so dense and delicious. Too delicious if you accidentally order âextraâ of it as your base for your pizza. It was so good, but so overwhelming, lol. I ruined my own pizza. My toppings were drowning in it. The delivery guy was great; he didnât know he was delivering a bread bowl of Alfredo soup. So when I opened it, it had all shifted to one side of the box. I had to use a spoon to put the toppings back on the pizza. Overall, I learned my lesson. Yâall have top notch ingredients, and I donât know how to make a pizza.
