I tried to cancel my order #923764. The manager @ 6210 Winchester Rd, Memphis, TN was working in the drive-thru without any gloves on and he was fixing drinks and going to the back in what appeared he was making orders. The line was moving really slow and I was in the drive thru for about 30 minutes. All I asked him to do was cancel the order because I didn’t want any food that someone appeared to be making without gloves. He said “Girl , You Don’t Want It” Girl,!!! I explained to him my name is not girl, it can be Ma’am or Ms./Mrs., but not girl. I told him again I wanted my money back. He said “Good Luck with that since you paid online!” He slammed the window after that. While I waa searching to see if I could still cancel or call a number, he called the police like I was trying to rob the place or were being not peaceful. Ordered online went to pick it up and found that we was missing 5 tacos and both of the nachos was done wrong and a quesadilla was missing as well. We gotten the missing tacos and one of nachos remade. What's crazy about this situation they wasn't even busy there was no excuse for the screw up and having only 1 person do the work while other employees and the manager hid. I'm so fed up with this location. Pulling pants up with gloves on and not changing them. Read moreLet me start off by saying I LOOOOOVVVEEE TACO BELL I always have, but I have been ordering off DoorDash for a while now and out of the many many times I have ordered it, they still get everything WRONG!!! From just giving a drink that isn’t the right type of drink, to not giving the correct sauces you actually order, to the food not being in the bag itself. I just don’t understand how if it’s in the receipt, why it just won’t go in the bag!!! We have our numbers on door dash accounts, so if you don’t have it, there is no reason you can’t contact us and let us know. Just doing nothing and not reading the receipts is just horrendous.
