Ashley was a Godsend when it came to my order. I needed a birthday cake for my grandson's 1st birthday and everyone was closed or not taking orders for the holidays. Ashley called me the next morning and was immediately accommodating, understanding, and a pleasure to speak with. She provided exceptional customer service and worked with me on a rushed order.
