Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Memphis

Jan.2,2017 at 9:43 I placed in order over the phone I sat outside the store an the lady told me it would be 10 min OK cool...But as I hung up I saw a light toned girl with a scraf on by her head come locked the doors so I proceeded to walk toward it to ensure that they closed at 10 ...I had to explain to her that I just ordered she laughed an open the door an I ask her was they closing early she said ...Yea we tired an ready to go ...An am like what!! So I get to the registered an she had a nasty attitude I told her that I was here to pick up she laughed again an turn to the order manager an said did somebody jus call an place a order the other manager said yes so by this time her face was looking stupid as if she thought I was lien the pizza was a half an half sausage an pepperoni I've never tasted such a nasty pizza from little ceasers never complained this was so upsetting then when the young man got the pizza out the oven he threw it in the box an said look lock the door an don't open it anymore am ready to go this has changed my out look on the company never will I ever eat here again or neither of the locations ...There is pizza places that is in competition with you guys why would u be rude to your...

Horrible experience. We bought 2 pizzas for our kids and they atell most of them till one of my kids noticed a black hair coming from the pizza so I checked the rest of the slices. And there were more slices with hair that my kids did not see and they were eating. I took the slices that were left back to this location and the employee and manager were very rude and disrespectful. I am going to report this to the healthough department they are not using the appropiate things to be clean This is just discusting. I will never in my life buy from this location again. And on top of this all the manager had the guts to say that it might be her hair. Like that make's the situation any better. No type of apologies or...

Overall I’ve typically have a great experience with this Little Cesar’s location. Most of their staff is friendly and the pizza is scrumdiddlyumptious. I’ve even called them to commend them on the good job they’ve done and their excellent experience I had received at the time.

Well the last time I came here their cash register attendant was very rude. I’m not going to repeat what was said but it was uncalled for and involved some words that shouldn’t be used. I’d hate to cheat on Little Cesar with Papa John (he gets around, winkwink, if you know what I mean). So please restock the seasonings and have the manager give a customer service training...
