Delicious chicken, onions, and peppers and a flavorful pico de gallo to go on top. I know lots of Memphis Mexican food connoisseurs value chips and salsa, and the salsa did not disappoint. The huevos rancheros were excellent, the rice was good, the beans tasted homemade. The corn tortillas were fresh and nicely warmed, eggs cooked just the way I asked.
