McDonald's — Restaurant in Memphis

Was very offended by an employee there tonight ( white female ) who chose to wait on 4 drivers in opposite drive thru lane (all male black's) myself and driver in front of me were just left sitting there. (Both black older females)...about 25 mins. I stopped patronizing this McDonald's for 6 months because of a rude and discourteous manager, after she left I started back... My order was never taken tonight, so I drove up to the window to place my order, this young lady knew what she had done and as I confronted her she gave a faint laugh , I asked for a manager and she closed the window in my face ... I attempted to go inside however the doors locked at 12 am... I then called to speak with a manager and the same young lady answered ,I told her why I was so angry and asked her did she understand, she said yes but her comment was after she asked me to hold I said no , so she said that's when she decided not to wait on me. I told her I said no because it was the second or third time she had asked and she had already waited on three .other cars before that while I was still waiting....she then hung the phone up in my face....the night before last I came to this McDonald's near the same time, two very nice young ladies waited on me.....no problems. The drive thru went like clockwork..... I m not going back to this location as long as the young lady is working there that never waited on me tonight..... I wouldn't trust her with my...

I was unjustly banned from this McDonald's despite being a paying customer who only came in to eat breakfast and study. This happened after being forced to leave the previous day while still being a paying customer and an attempt was made to remove me by Police without even serving me my order. This treatment is unjust and retaliatory. It was a gross misuse of the Law & Order in our community and drenched in petty malice. A simple altercation because I needed 5 more minutes to charge my phone to enable my debit card, instead they rely on intimidation tactics to kick me out like a stray dog on a wet day. We must not judge of appearence, for you have no idea who lies within. I am a Man of God, silencing me may be easy...but my Father speaks differently. I had walked in this Mcdonalds with a smile for 4 days purchasing and eating peacefully while working on my laptop. This was an altercation that could have been avoided with an apology by the business to a customer they had wronged. I advocate for my community, driven by my faith in God, but never expected to be treated like this by the very people I serve. Change is needed, and it starts with acknowledging and rectifying situations like this.

I forgive everyone involved. Policies need reform here, and there must be prayer within...

This place has the most simple minded, bad attitude people. They get my order wrong everytime and they get an attitude with you when u try to tell them. Then swear up and down that u didn't order what you told them you ordered. Both the girls at the windows both had and attitude. I asked for 5 filet o fish and a big mac and the girl at the last window didn't wanna give me that after we already paid. I had to actually break it all the way down for her so she could understand but she still didn't. So I had to finally show her my ticket smh. I also asked for honey mustard for the second order I had. She also swore up and down that she put some in the bag, which she didn't. She gave me ranch instead and got mad when I had to show her what she gave me. She also said something crazy under her breath before finally giving me the honey mustard. Once I got home, I realized that they still had my order wrong. Never will I go back to that particular location again. Every time I go there, I always have that same problem with those people up there. That's why I will not be going back again. I'm going back to my favorite location in olive branch where the people are more pleasant with more pleasant attitudes and can...
