Nothing....I have liked NOTHING about this location!!! I have only returned because my husband is a creature of habit. I finally talked him in to going to Taco Bell for his weekend breakfasts. We had less than fulfilling experiences every weekend. I had finally had it the morning one of my coffees was not handed to me. Told them I had ordered a small coffee. I was told I would have to go through the drive thru again and not only order but pay for my drink again. I had had it! Every weekend we had problems with the order....my husband would just let it go. THIS TIME I REFUSED! I came home and emailed McDonalds. A very caring corporate employee called that Monday. She was kind and compassionate. Having said that, what I received in the mail was a business card that gave me a small coffee. I felt that was a slap in the face. I truly was not looking for anything free, however given the dedicated customers we had become....giving me a business card that equated a small coffee was kind of a slap in the face. So, I talked my husband into getting his weekend breakfast somewhere else...which we have done since then. This last week, I had a craving for a Big Mac. I broke down and went to the McDonalds that was closest...the one we have been patronizing for 7 months. I pull up to the screen to order....there is a computer generated sigh that says, .50 charge for Big Mac Sauce. I'm not sure what that means...I order my sandwich anyway because, darnit I'm craving that Big Mac. I notice on my receipt, there is a . 10 cent up charge for my drink. I'm not really understanding that but....okay. I get home....open my sandwich and there is a dollop of Big Mac sauce the size of a dime. Deep sigh. I wonder why I gave them another chance. I call the store and speak with the manager on duty. I am told I can come back and get my dime!!!! Seriously???? What about the sign for Big Mac sign. She assures me it is for if I request extra. I tell her....no, the sign says, Big Mac sauce .50 cents extra. At this point I'm thinking mute point. These people DO NOT GET IT!!!!! No wonder McDonalds is suffering....I'm done with the McDonalds at Hacks...
Read moreI wouldn't give it a 1 star. Customer service was awful. There are new ordering machines that appearently don't require you speaking to a cashier to place your order. However, I assumed it was AN option. Not the ONLY option. There was not even a sign that made this clear. I stood there at the counter at least a good 5 min b4 I had to interrupt someone for some assistance. No one bothered to see what I needed during that time. Standing directly in front of me, "Excuse me" was not rude enough I suppose. Finally I had to shout "HEY!" That drew some assistance. To top it all off, it was the manager on duty! He was too busy on the phone chumming it up to hear me the 1st (polite) time. I don't know if this is sadder, but his employee beside him too busy flirting with the guy at the drive through window talking bout "Ooooooh, Ima tell it. You snacking." Don't know if he was snacking on the costumers' food or what. Yuk! Manager either didn't hear or didn't care. I vote didn't care seeing all that I had witness thus far. Okay. Now, finally that I had their attention. The same employee came out of behind the counter to advise me that I had to use the kiosk to make my order. Asked her if they still had the $1 $2 $3 menu. She replied, "No". Informed me of a new 2 for $5. She left me while I was deciding. I played around with the buttons and HA! THERE IT WAS. ...WHAT I HAD ASKED FOR! Point being the associates don't even know the menu and seemingly just dont know how to find them. How can you expect most...
Read moreThe experience that I had at the McDonald's across the street from the Hickory Hill Mall on 7/10/20 was awful. All the way down from the employees to the manager. I made my order and when I took a sip of my drink at home I noticed that it was carbonated water. I got right back back in car and went straight to the store which it did not take but about 5 minutes. It took them 25 minutes just to give me fresh drinks that wasn't carbonated water by arguing with each other without even seeing my receipt that I had on hand. I got told that I went to another McDonald's and was trying to trick them into taking the drinks back. Very unprofessional, I did not know that I couldn't take the drinks back to the window and by it being covid-19 she should have said ma'am I need you to throw those away in the trash out there because we can't take them back in the window. I was not told any of that until after she bought the new drinks out to me. Poor management bad service. The experience I had today 7-Eleven 20 was great thank you and have...
