EVERY single time I go to this McDonald’s it is an awful experience. The employees are always rude, there is always a wait, and the food is usually always cold. Tonight was my last attempt at going to this location. I arrived in the drive thru at 7:25pm on 01/01/18 and sat there for 4 minutes without even being greeted. Guess they wanted to act like they were closed. I pulled up to the window to see that it is a 24 hour location and that they were not closed. The employee finally came to the window and just looked at me. Still no greeting or asked to take my order after sitting there for 5 minutes. She finally says “what? you gonna order something??” In the most rude way after I sat there all that time while she wasn’t attempting to do her job. Again, this is just one of several horrible experiences at this location. I already wasn’t using cash at this location because just months ago, a friend had an employee walk away with her credit card bc “the machine was down.” Hours later her account had several fraudulent charges. No coincidence & it had to be a McDonald’s employee. I drove off after being treated so terribly tonight & went to Back Yard Burger which is where I will go from now on if I’m in this area. Read moreI was so excited that the Steak bagel was back... I ordered a meal with an orange juice.. paid at the first window, then proceeded to the second.. gentleman inside hollered to someone else inside that he's out of orange juice... I saw what was about to be my cup at a good bit less than full point... then he hollered "I can make this one work.".. he handed it to me, then handed me my bag... I was so ready.. I planned to eat my meal in the grocery store parking lot as I waited for them to open.. I started with wetting my whistle on the orange juice, which turned out to taste pretty watered down... I didn't care too much cause I was still excited about my steak bagel.. I unfolded the wrap to relish into my first bite... tears of a clown crossed my mind.. "where's the beef?".. oh.. its much smaller now.. and its hanging on the other half of your sandwich.. so, for the first half, I bit bagel from one side, and steak from the other... the steak also tasted bland... like no more onions or seasonings? What happened McDonald's? You're killing me.. ive been talking about this thing ever since you took it away... friends and family across the country have been sending me pictures as their states got it before Memphis Tennessee... then finally... maybe my anticipation was too much... oh...
Read moreOn 6/11/24 about 1pm, I went through the drive-thru and the young lady taking my order was very patient as i didnt know exactly what i wanted ( i never order the chicken sandwiches) she seemed eager to offer her assistance, she had a friendly voice and was very professional. When I arrived to the window I asked if she was who I was speaking with and asked her name, I advised her ( Kimberly Davis) that it was very refreshing to see REAL customer service with a friendly smile and that she gave me the BEST customer service I've had in a long time! I know many fast food workers don't always get the accolades and wages THEY DESERVE with sometimes encountering some rude and difficult customers making their jobs more stressful, but I definitely wanted to let everyone ( managers & owner ) know that Ms.Kimberly Davis is a great asset to your team, ( knowledgeable, and professional, her friendly smile was an added bonus) with hopes you will recognize her....I also called corporate to offer a compliment on her services..I don't visit this location often, but when in the area I will again!..
