Mempops — Restaurant in Memphis

I love Mempops but today not so much service was subpar I came in at 12 and the chocolate wasn’t ready I still made a purchase because I love the ice cream and I support Memphis businesses. I came back around 3 this time the chocolate was ready I asked for it to be double dipped as I always do when I visit either location but it was barely dipped once and passed to me in my hand by the young lady no plastic covering bag or anything and I purchased more than one so it shouldn’t have been assumed that I was gonna walk around and eat it and it also was raining outside. The Pumpkin Cheesecake is really good but the Caramel Apple is a BIG NO for me it tasted like frozen plain apple sauce. I bought 4 different types and they all tasted a little bland and the product had been cut down as well. For 3.50 and a extra dollar to dip at almost 5 dollars for one ice cream I am highly...

Oh my. Popsicle bliss. Okay so I am cycling in Shelby Farms 90° 🔥. Then there is a little cart waiting on the side (was missing the 🔔 ringing though) calling out from a cool catering conscience and WE HEARD IT.

So... skeptical as I was from decades of BombPops and Push-ups and other sugar induced delights - we were sweating from riding the bikes. So alright. All natural. Healthy 🤷🏾‍♂️. If so - I found my $4.00 Treat!!!

There are 2 things I do not understand about Mempops...1) why are these not on every corner in Memphis and 2) how is there not a line out the door every minute they are open! My wife and I visited from Ohio and were introduced to Mempops and absolutely fell in love! during our 3 day stay we visited both locations even though temperatures outside were unseasonably cold. We will definitely be visiting Mempops again every time we come back to Memphis! If there were one in the airport we would have grabbed another before...
