i had the worst customer service here. i am allergic to egg and i ordered two “vegetable rolls” thinking they were sushi because there was no description but when i got it turns out they were egg rolls or spring rolls. so i called and asked if there any eggs in the wrap. they basically yelled at me over the phone saying they don’t put egg inside of it which was not what i asked. i asked if the wrap was made of egg and they continued yelling at me saying i had to “call the company” to find out but did not elaborate. it would have been nice to know whether or not i can eat the food i ordered without getting sick but they were extremely rude and no help at all. will not be going back.

update: also got the vegetable lo mein and had to add so much sauce to it to even have any flavor. decent prices but i can see why. this place to do step up their game or close down. worst asian food i’ve...

I’ve been here plenty of times since I moved to this area years ago. I’ve never had a problem and the food has always been great…until recently. On Wednesday, June 4, 2025 my fiancé called in an order. After he picked it up we ate dinner and watched a movie. I had the General Tso’s chicken combo, and it was tough. My fiancé had General Tao’s shrimp and fried rice. Thursday morning I left out to run errands before going to an important interview, but I didn’t make it to the interview. That’s because, as I was on my way to the store, I had to pull over because I suddenly felt the need to puke. An hour later my fiancé was having the same issue at work. I decided to try this place out...Im not from Memphis so Ive been looking for a good chinese carry out and I must say the food was pretty good. Unless I find better this will be my go to spot! The rice on the combo plate could have been better but beef & brocolli was delicious, so was the garlic chicken that I requested him to make it hot & spicy! It was almost too hot & spicy to eat let alone enjoy. I no not to ask for extra heat in the future. Egg rolls were small, a bit dry and not much to brag on. The lo mein was fair. Over all the food was tasty well seasoned and worth the money. Im from Chicago and have had some of the best chinese food u can imagine so me giving this place 3 stars is a compliment...they have lots...
