Burger King — Restaurant in Memphis

BK is another fast internationally running fast food chain, and this is just another location. I used to be a big fan of BK during my grad school days- however, I must admit that their standard has fallen down a lot in the last few years. Even they get less traffic too these days. I visited this location yesterday for dinner while it was fully empty! I got the spicy crispy chicken sandwich which was fine. The crispy chicken patty was hot and crisp. The buns were fine, and it was given some lettuce and two tomato slices with some mayo and sauce- however, I didn’t realise any ‘spicy’ part of it though. Overall it was decent. The service was quick and fine.

Update: I returned in a few days for dinner to take out my dinner through the drive through option. There was no single car. I asked for the original chicken sandwich ( which was my favorite, earlier when BK was way much better). This time it was so bad! It was served a little on the colder side- the breads were not fresh, and the patty was hard! Overall, my worst experience so far. I...

I called corporate on these folks luckly they not open but will be calling back on Monday I am so hot at the service here they made us wait for 30mins for nothing it wasn't anybody in the line except for me and 2 other cars in front of me and the first person order they took they. Never did say hello or hold on because I know y'all can here us pull up and you can hear what we say immediately it took them a whole full 30 mins to take that man's order in front of me and the only reason after that the line started to move cause she heard what I said in the microphone and I said I don't see why we ain't moving it at nobody here they have nobody here then she to me may I take your order then my fish sandwich was hard didn't even taste like fish at all couldn't taste it because of the sauce and the fish was small as hell I warn every one do not eat at this low down awful pathetic Burger King ever you will be...

I haven't did a review in a long minute until now......This was an horrible experience for me every time I go to this burger king on union. Yesterday I tried to use my points but the power went out and when it came back on the manager told me just place my order online. I did that, then the cashier stated that they couldn't give out online orders because they wasn't showing up on their screen so I was told by a worker named Will that the points would return on my app if not when I come the next day he would give me an extra burger. I had to go on the burger king app to get my points back. They eventually gave them to me . So today I went to get my burger again. I didn't hit redeem code until I got in the line.
