Piccadilly — Restaurant in Memphis

There is no signs telling you the pricing. We got charged $9.99 for 1 piece of “shrimp tilapia” (had no shrimp whatsoever, and was so soggy you could tel it had been there awhile), then they charged us $8.99 for 1 little pice is sallsberry steak (hamburger meat with gravy)!!! That was just one person! And we got two little sides with his order! Then he got a lemonade and they did not tel us the lemonade wasn’t free refills. We paid $2.59 for just one drink, and no refill! Then I got for my dinner a chicken breast and that was $9.99. The bottom was soggy, no flavor, I had to pour salt on it to get some flavor. A side of Mac n cheese and cabbage(the only thing that was good!). I ordered I tea with my meal and that was $2.59. Service was horrible. Sat there waiting for our drinks to get refilled (wasn’t even busy! They was just leaning around and talking), when she finally decide to ask if we needed anything we was standing up bout to walk out. Horrible experience. WONT go back. For two of us to eat it was $40!! We could have went to a fancy restaurant and had better service and food that actually had flavor...

Wow every time I visit this Piccadilly, I’m always greeted by the most kind serving food staff who are willing to serve me and make dish suggestions. The place is clean and I live their mango tea and they offer crushed ice which is always a perk! The selection of food however seems the same every time I visit, maybe twice a month, but it’s always good so I’m ok I guess. I just wish they offered something special or maybe something different then just the, baked chicken, chicken tenders, tilapia, beef steak, and I’m missing a couple more meats, however the sides are always great and many to choose from. I never get deserts because I’m not a big eater, but they seem fresh and delicious. The table server la are nice, however they sometimes take a long time before attending to your needs after their first contact. A few times I’ve had to search for the server. Food great, selection they should probably expand and I could visit more often if they did. The staff overall are great and some could use improvement. The environment is clean and quiet. The food was cold and when I went to the register for my ticket had to wait for about 4minutes before I sat down to eat no waiter came over but their was a waiter and another customer was complaining about the bad service she called the waiter over and the customer complained to her she acted as if she wasnt concerned the short waiter looked at me and she still never came to my table to ask if I needed anything but there was a white couple there that sat down after me and she all smiles went to there table and still never acknowledged me then this white man came and sit down she all smiles went to him but still never came to me sometime prejudice can come in our own color I sat there and just noticed how she waited on the whites will never visit again I normally have a luncheon there for about 25 people once a year will never ever have it there again or eat here again if I could have videod it I would and...
