This is normally my go to beauty supply!! I have been coming to this store for 4 years and has always been treated with the upmost respect until today! I come in every two months and buy the same wig like clockwork! They had 2 new cashiers I had never seen before and had a new cash register system!! I’m not sure if they under new management or sold the store but the whole vibe is just off! These 2 young ladies were very rude and talking on the phone the entire time while “helping” me! My chip card has been broken for months and now they told me they couldn’t type my card number in (which I had never heard of)! The store manager that i normally see wasn’t there and the young ladies that normally help me weren’t there either!! I was in the wrong with the way I reacted but if someone is spending 80 dollars in your store wouldn’t you wanna help them to the best of your ability!! There is no consistency at this place DO NOT SHOP...

The absolute WORST response to a simple question. I had a shopper buy braiding hair, loss hair for my child. The hair was clearly damaged and not loss. Actually sewed ON a track. The so called manager told me to just pull the hair off the track. Which means they know NOTHING about the products they market to our community. I will never spend another PENNY in this raggedy MF.
