I'm not a picky eater and very rarely do I leave poor reviews, but I think anyone who's considering going here needs to know what they're walking into. I ordered the lunch special and for $17+automatic 15%gratuity, I was very disappointed. My sushi rolls fell apart the moment I picked them up with my eating utensils. The quality of sushi rice was poor and the appearance of it was poor. A simple california roll is basic and they couldn't even mimic decent quality california rolls. I could go to an asian buffet and get better quality rolls for much cheaper and unlimited amounts. To add to this, my white rice was not white. It had a yellowish tint. The rice was also falling apart and not in the dome shape it normally should be in. It was also dry. The steak I ordered was suppose to be medium and when I chewed on it, it was cooked more than that. It was also so chewy, I could barely get it down my throat to swallow. The veggies were okay, but the squash I ate had discoloration and I'm confident I received squash that was past it's expiration because the mushiness of it did not taste or feel normal in my mouth. I had to spit it out. I did not finish my food and did not enjoy it. I am pretty sure that the food wasn't made with fresh ingredients and I plan to never come back nor recommend it to others. The service from the server during lunch time did the bare minimum. It was not crowded and the server did not provide any service outside of his required job which was to take the orders and make sure we paid. He did nothing to go out of his way when my friend and I dined. I wish I saw the reviews before going here. The food and service do not hold up for what you pay for. I should have just gone to an asian buffet to receive better food and service.

Apparently they don't train the wait staff well. The hibachi steak dinner had to be sent back 3 f'ing times before it was edible. The server never asked how do we want the meat cook. When it came out, the meat was too hard to chew. TWICE. The sushi was great, and I did pull the manager aside and request that she comp that single dish. She refused but offered a 15% discount. Also during COVID-19, the men's bathroom was a shambles and out of paper towels. This is a classic case for mis management. The restaurant manager needs to be reeducated on priority and customer service. Don't go here. Really. Sub par service, sub par management. Don't waste your time nor money here.

They could never make me hate Osaka!!! Food hit everytime, now service is gonna be what you make of it. Yes you may have to flag ppl down, but they’ll get you what you’re asking for. Got it to-go and the presentation may lack, but what never misses is the flavor. The E.T rolls is probably the best thing on the menu, sushi is fresh, what you wanna do is get a side of eel sauce and yum yum and mix together w a dash of soy- u then eat your meal and will finish smiling from ear to ear. Rlly one of my fav hibachi/sushi places. (However, they do skimp you on that broccoli. Have u w 18 pieces of zucchini and 2 pieces of broccoli???? Nothing a little portion control can’t nip in the bud.

Very dirty dinning area, tables, and utensils. Our server was very nice and it was obvious he was working hard. Looked like everyone except management was working hard. We ordered the entree’s labeled vegetable tempura since the other 1/2 of my party were vegetarian. Came out with fried shrimp. Their solution was taking the shrimp off the plate. Any restaurant would go remake the correct entree. So now instead of getting the full vegetable tempura we only had the vegetables that came with the shrimp tempura it was less then 1/2 the actual order. Then when the udon vegetable soup came out it had shrimp and fish cakes floating in it. No where on the menu was that listed anywhere in the description for the vegetable udon soup. The server said he told the kitchen twice it had to be vegetable and that the person who ordered was vegetarian he felt really bad. So he got the manager and she came to us and said “all soup has fish” exactly like that and walked away. We were so disgusted by the whole experience we just left our food on the table cashed out and left. And no they did not take the vegetable tempura or vegetable udon off the ticket. Even though we received on the table shrimp tempura & shrimp udon soup. They didn’t want to admit to their mistake and didn’t even consider taking it off the ticket we left a table full of food paid the full tab, and tipped our server 20%. Honestly I feel bad he has to work there for those ppl. If that server is reading this send me an email...

Tried calling to place a pick-up order on Saturday, April 24th at 8:30 and no answer. Decided to drive up there and place a to-go order at 8:41 p.m. I was told that our order should be ready in 20-30 minutes. Great! I decided to wait out in my car. At 9:00 p.m I decided to go check to see if my order was ready. It was not. I was informed it should be another 5 or so minutes. I decided to wait inside thinking it would only take 5 or so minutes. 9:15 p.m rolled around and a sweet man informed me that they had ran out of rice. They were cooking some more. At 9:30 p.m, the young man told me it would be 5 minutes and my order would be ready. At exactly 9:41 a whole hour later, I asked to speak to the manager. The manger informed me that they had ran out of rice and they were short staffed. I asked to cancel my order. He ran to the back and brought my food. He asked if I wanted any free sauce. (Sauce is $.55) I said no irritated. I just want my food so I can go. Something told me to check my bag before I left and I did. I was missing two items. I turned around and said I’m missing two items. After a few minutes they brought out my two items. No one should wait more than an hour on food and then have missing items and have the audacity to only offer me free sauce with my order? Absolutely not, I will not be back. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this location.

Update: I emailed and still no response. Way to go for attempting and not even getting a...
