KFC — Restaurant in Memphis

2 tiny wings! Tiniest I've ever seen $8! I ordered 2 wings Ala cart. Just wanted a snack & had a taste for chicken. The menu was ridiculously expensive...I think a 2pc meal was $10-$11! So it was no surprise that while Church's chicken had a line going around the corner...I was able to pull rt up & order @ KFC which we all know has better tasting chicken😍 Any wayz when I saw the prices I was ready to pull off & wait in Church's chicken line too but because I was on my way to pick my sons up from school & was sneaking in a personal snack...I went ahead & ordered. The bag handed to me should have been the give away because I'd have sworn it was empty except for the chicken box! I opened the box saw what looked like 2 nuggets & I quickly busted a U - turn! Took the box to mngr & demanded a refund to my debit card! They end up giving me 2 extra wings to compensate but I'm still pondering how are they selling wings @ over $3 each and the wings look like pigeon wings? And how dare they put it in a box knowing this and expect for a customer to be happy or satisfied on any level! SMH! Are people not complaining or is customer service so terrible we don't care if our customers come back? IJS! I can't afford to just throw my money away! $8 A lot to pay for 2 wings so the least u shud do is come correct with order from the start! I should not have to come back &...

The staff was unprofessional, they were standing around in the lobby as i drove through the drive- thru. I waited at the speaker for several minutes with no response, then i went to the front and asked if the were open and i was told yes, so i proceeded back to the speaker and sat there several more minutes no answer. I drove back to the front door and got out of my truck and went to the door which was locked and I spoke with the employees and they said that the window was open so I drove back around and by this time someone else was at the speaker and all i could smell was weed and i had to wait several minutes because they could not decide what they wanted. When I finally got back to the speaker the young lady took my order and i asked if they had any pot pies and she said no. I proceeded to the window where i had to wait for the car before me to get their order. When i get my order and pay for it I didn’t receive a receipt so I asked for it and i was told that the machine was not working. I asked to speak with the manager and when she came to the window i asked her for corporates number she told me that she didn’t have a number for corporate nor was it provided any where on the building. I think this was the worst...

I purchased a number 8 for $9.50 which included 5 chicken tenders and 2 sides and a drink I paid $1.50 extra to upgrade for a large Mountain Dew and a extra side well the chicken tenders was so hard that my husband couldn’t eat them to make it worser I dropped it off to him for his lunch and he couldn’t eat the tenders he was only able to eat his fries and Mac n cheese because he had to trash the tenders I called KFC about 8 times and the phone constantly rung then ii went busy then it had a fax machine sound I’ve never had a problem with my food and me and my family is a weekly regular we patronize KFC once to twice a week hopefully they will make it right tomorrow so that my husband will have the lunch that he...
