Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Memphis

I ordered and paid for 10 pizzas online that I picked up at a later time. 3 meatlovers, 3 pepperoni lovers, 2 supreme, and 2 cheese pizzas. My order was well over $100. When I got there, the first 4 or 5 were handed to me by the female manager. I was kinda in a hurry because I worked 3rd shift. I had already shown up 15 minutes behind my scheduled pick-up time. They had been in the hot box, so they were really warm. Then, one of her male employees brought out the rest of my order, which I placed in the back seat of my car along with the rest of my order. She had asked me earlier if I wanted plates while I was placing the first pizzas that she handed me in my car. Afterward, I came back inside to ask what they looked like. She grabbed a nice stack of their paper plates that looked pretty sturdy, so I took them. She also handed me my receipt. Like I mentioned earlier, I was in a hurry. I got my pizza order and got outta there because I was heading to work. Once I was there, I got out and started to count my pizzas and saw that I was short one cheese pizza. I immediately looked for the phone number on my receipt to call the manager. She answered, and I explained to her my predicament. She asked me where I was because she would have one of her delivery drivers deliver the cheese pizza to me. I was too far away, so she just issued me a $20 credit. She apologized for the mistake a few times during the phone call. I was pleased with the results and thanked her. I let her know that I was feeding my co-workers. I love this location the people and customer service is awesome if there has EVER been a problem the black woman manger always take great care of things BUT TODAY I DELT WITH THIS MAN THAT SAID HE WAS A MANAGER HE WAS VERY RUDE and dismissive. He had the delivery driver put him on speaker phone to talk to me he spoke so rude and offensive like I wasn't even a customer and he thought by saying sir he was being respectful you can be rude and say sir all day long my order was messed up I called the location SEVERAL times right after I made my order online to make sure they would make it correctly Everytime I called they would put me on hold for long periods of time spoke to call center and they said they would leave a message for them to contact me but keep trying to call them and I still never received a call a still was getting put on hold while I was waiting on hold the delivery driver called and said they're outside she was so nice and sweet I felt bad for her being in the middle I knew the pizza wasn't going to be right and opened and looked it wasn't correct the manager them told me to call the call center for refund or pizza to be made over which I did and they took care of it delivery driver came back the manager wanted me to pay for it and that's when he got rude when I told him the call center said they were sorry and they were going to take care of it and they are the one that sent for the pizza to get remade kind of make me feel like not going back there anymore. I've been ordering from this Pizza Hut for a long time, but I will never order from them again.

A few days ago, I ordered one of the new specialty pizzas from this location & they left off the primary ingredient, spinach. When the pizza got to my door, I had the driver return it to remake it. He called the location & the manager caught attitude with him because I'd asked for it to be remade. It took them an hour to bring back the pizza with spinach on it. At the time, I filed a complaint about the problem and thought it was resolved.

Tonight, I ordered the exact same pizza that I had ordered before, and the location left off the exact same ingredient. On top of this, it took them an hour to deliver when they are four blocks away from me. When I called the location to let them know they'd made a mistake, the woman hung up in my face after I told her I was sending the pizza back.

If working in a restaurant at a kitchen that does delivery is too difficult of a job, by all means quit and go do something else. As for me, never ordering from this Pizza Hut location again. Aldo's Pizza can't make it to Midtown...
