This visit was purely awful! I ordered a pick-up through Doordash. I placed the order at 1:52pm since my break is at 2pm, since most places need time to prepare the order. The order was marked ready in less than 2 min, meaning no matter what my food was going to be cold. When I arrived at the location I pulled around to the back where you enter. The left lane was closed and only the right was open. Due to the line placement, I was not able to get through to go to walk-up window (but it did not seem open from the front nor a way to access it so I did not try) so i waited in the drive through. It took a decent amount of time and when I got to the speaker box I was told I needed to come to the walk up window. Again, not completely accessible due to BYB's parking lot being entirely too limited.
So I was then able to get around and go to the front. I would also like to note there is no proper place to park by the walk-up window so I had to pull to the side and hope no one needed to be there. I walked up and was greeted with "we don't have milkshakes but here's your order." Also order screen for BYB on doordash did not let me select a drink NOR was I asked. But she handed me a drink anyway. I told her I wish I had been told since the milkshake was the primary want. She simply said "well you werent charged". and dismissed my concern. I then asked why they did not notify people of unavailable items when the order is placed. After all there is a very simple way for them to do that through Doordash. She again had no apologies or concern and said again "well you didnt get charged."
Turns out I did, and still am. Doordash had to do a credit. Sad BYB didnt since it was your issue not Doordash.
As I drove off with my order back to work I was eating my COLD fries and then noticed I also received the wrong sauce. Clearly printed on the receipt. This BYB location and specifically Kito (employee) do not care about customers. Thanks for wasting my time. Never returning....

After sitting in line forever I place my order for a blackened chicken sandwich combo only to get back to work & discover the most awful looking burger I’ve ever seen. I don’t eat beef so there was nothing I could do with it. I called this location for two days straight go advise them that I would be coming back for a replacement and the phone line was continuously busy both days. Considering how long it took to get the order and how expensive their combos are you would think they would take the extra step to ensure order accuracy. However, I will take partial blame because I should’ve checked the order. I ended up paying $9.28 for a watered down Sierra Mist, not so fresh fries, & a burger that I couldn’t eat. Read morePurchased Mushroom Swiss Burger, large pk of Onion Rings, and a Vanilla Shake at 4:14 pm on 7/20/2016.. Very disappointed. Wish I had gone to Wendy's instead, but I thought B Y B would be better as had been my experiences during past years when I made a rare purchase of fast foods.
The burger seemed old, was dry, cheese had been heated multiple times, and lettuce was wimpy. Onion rings were stale and brick-like. However, the vanilla shake was fresh and digestible.
Had I eaten before going home, I would have returned this awful purchase. But, my time is too valuable to drive back in heavy traffic to garner a refund of $12.33 for this awful meal.
Anyway, I consumed the entire milkshake and my neighbor's dog ate most of the burger, but rejected the onion...
