I frequently visit this location for a poke bowl, but today my order was incorrect. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until I got home. When I called, they refused to remake the bowl despite me having the receipt. Instead, I was told to freeze the food and wait until Monday (today is Saturday).I called another location to confirm the policy, and they informed me that if a bowl is made incorrectly, it should be remade. This situation is unacceptable. The employee I spoke with kept insisting he “just works here,” but it’s common sense that if my bowl was made incorrectly—with a protein I don’t eat—it should be replaced.I called three times, and all I received was attitude and no solutions. SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO GOOD! Every time I go I get a new drink and they never seize to amaze me. They’re all so good. So far I’m loving the mango slush with popping mango pearls, or regular tapioca. The poke bowls are amazing, and I love how everything is fresh. I haven’t had the rolled ice cream yet, but my mom has and she loved it. We also love to see how the rolled ice cream is made. I think that you guys have the best boba I’ve ever had. I’ve been to LA, Texas, Nashville, a lot of other places I’m too tired to name, and never has any other place been so good.
