2 stars ONLY because nick is amazing but let me tell you what the heck has been in severe decline: Ever since around July, I'm not sure what's going on with this store but it's incredibly filthy, the bathrooms ALWAYS need attention, the service is slow. It takes way too long to get my ONE drink. By fav baristas Emily, Kyle, Joel, and Kat aren't the anymore and the ship is sinking hard and fast. I'd happily go to whatever store they transferred to because at least that's a guarantee the place is clean and the service is good 100%of the time. There's some manager there named maria i think, she's seriously got some problems. She laughs at weird moments in normal conversation... it's creepy honestly. Waiting forever for a drink and getting laughed at is NOT professional and definitely rude. I'm staying away from this place until she's gone because i have a feeling she's why the store is terrible. A very rude older lady heard my question but never answered him or me. She rudely took over the register and told me my cost. I began asking her the same question and before I could say the 2nd word she said NO WE DON'T! She never spoke to me, thanked me, nor told the staff member waiting on an answer why she just took over the sale. She returned my debit card and looked away but didn't leave the window. I had to request my receipt because she'd thrown it away. She printed me a duplicate receipt and handed it out of the window while talking to someone over her shoulder. Very rude and unprofessional! Read moreI absolutely love Starbucks, but this by far is my least favorite location. I come here because it is less than 5 minutes from my house. I come to this Starbucks almost everyday and I never feel welcomed. I can't even remember the last time I was greeted. I'm often ignored and this will most likely be my last time going to this location. I literally stood there this morning for 5 minutes waiting on a order that I placed online when it was on the counter out of my reach near the barista. After moving my order to the pickup location, she didn't apologize or speak, let alone acknowledge my presence. I've given this location a chance and time again I am always disappointed.
