I wanted to give them 5 stars because I really love the owners but I have to be fair, there are a few things that definitely affected the overall experience.

First, let me go with the good 👍🏻

The Jurassic room is BEAUTIFUL 😍 and the immersion is on point! I felt like I was inside a Jurassic park movie. Puzzle wise they are cool but I feel like it's missing at least one more last puzzle 🧩 but then again, I'm am experienced player 🥲

In Jester's revenge there was a puzzle that didn't make sense towards the end of it and was needed in order to solve it. Then after solving it, nothing was revealed. Again, it failed to open, like in Yuletide but this time the GM did respond much faster, in about 1-2 minutes. After we finished the game, the GM came in and it honestly sounded like she was forced to be there, 0 effort to try and celebrate or have us feel good about ourselves. Now, that wasn't even the worst part, when we asked her how that puzzle that failed on us was solved she didn't know.. 🤯

With Yuletide Toy Heist there was a puzzle that failed to reveal the solution and I wish it would have just been that but then, the GM didn't notice, hear or see me asking for help, this lasted around 5 whole minutes. Afterwards I went ahead and gave the feedback in a polite manner and was actually told it was because I was leaning on it (which I wasn't) and that didn't sit well at all.

Lost Pyramid also had a puzzle that didn't make complete sense but apart from that everything was cool and if you are into Egypt/Pyramids you will...

Man oh man! These guys are always on top of there game! Yes this is the same company that has a second location on Popular. Which means same great service and fun. To not repeat my popular one I'll talk more about the differences between the two. Currently they are adding new rooms to the downtown location so as of this review they only have 3 adventures open. The downtown location has bigger/more multi room escape rooms than the popular one. It seems the downtown rooms are more team based while the popular one is more intelligent based. Still fun as heck though! Personal fav is Jester's Revenge. Must do for any tourist or native!

Update. So now they have an additional room Jurassic Project that is probably my new favorite downtown room. If you're a work group trying to decide between the two definitely choose the downtown location for space. A little hint, to help with parking park at Wise Acre or the Lorraine Motel. Happy...

COMPLETELY immersive. Having done over 250 escape rooms, I've seen so many posts calling rooms immersive when they are not. This is top 3 out of 250. We did Jurassic Project which had multiple rooms within the game. We only had two people and it was difficult to get through without help. Some of the puzzles didn't make sense how to solve them and we definitely couldn't have made it to the end without the nudges. We try to play games without them but the game master came in and interrupted our game to tell us we needed to look at the screen because we were behind. It was off-putting completely, but I'm glad we at least got a chance to see all the puzzles. A better approach may have been to discuss nudges and hints ahead of the game like all other escape rooms do...I felt like we didn't have a choice here. But this room in particular, top 3 in the 250 we've done for immersiveness....

Fantastic experience! Jurassic Project is a MUST DO! 5/5 on the escape room enthusiasts chart, wouldn't show it to somebody as their first room though, just because to they wouldn't really appreciate just how good of s room it is. Lost Pyramid and Shipwreck Cove were pretty good but $40 per person is a bit pricey. Immersion was the best I've ever seen it. Customer service was great and we had a great time.

So much fun! I visited the other location for the first time a couple years ago and really enjoyed it but did not escape. I had no idea what was going on most of the time. I think I was better prepared this go round. Already booked for next week. Looking forward to it!
