Wendy's — Restaurant in Memphis

My husband and I came in here to eat. When we came in a woman who was at least 40 took our order. I had a coupon for a free chili. She scanned the coupon for no reason and charged me for a large chili when it was supposed to be a dollar with purchase. She was rude from the moment we came in contact with her. We got our food and it was wrong. I ordered spicy nuggets and was given regular. I didn't receive my drink that I ordered. When we confronted them about the coupon and how we were over charged she acted so unprofessional and rude raising her voice at us saying we calling her a liar and how we need to stop saying she's lying. We never once said that. I've worked customer service for over 15 years and I have a degree in the medical field. The manager was there and it was pathetic he allowed her to act that way. It's even more pathetic and shocking that she feels comfortable enough to act that way and treat customers that way. My husband set his wallet and a package of "Snowballz" that was 3.5 grams of THCA. The woman brought us his wallet, after she went through it and found no money. She pocketed the THCA. She demanded that we give her a "reward" for her bringing us his wallet. She argued with me and told me I left his wallet in the restroom which that was false. After we paid, I walked about 3 feet from where she was standing to go use the restroom but it was occupied so I went and sat down to wait. She saw me attempt to go in the restroom but instead she assumed I went in there. Called me a liar and acted like I was a dumb ass or one of the junkies on the street. She should be more aware of her surroundings and then she wouldn't of assumed I went in the restroom. But her assuming that just made her tell on herself and show that she took my husband's wallet and THCA. I've never experienced anything like this and I've never received customer service that awful my whole 32 years of life. She seemed miserable and acted like she got enjoyment out of being rude and nasty to customers. She should really watch how she treats people. This world is crazy and this isn't a good area to piss a stranger off. She could piss off the wrong person one day and possibly put her life in danger. Very stupid for someone her age to...

I'm getting Wendy's 5 as normally we are treated very well. Sadly yesterday though they had closed the dining room down so I had to order from the drive-thru, unfortunately the order was not correct I had ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon bacon cook softly for my wife and the order was not correct it was one Patty and the bacon was so hard it couldn't be eaten even by the cat. French fries were so hard that they could not be eaten either. Since this is only happened a couple of times I understand but I do hope the next trip to Wendy's will be a decent and enjoyable experience again. Especially since my wife of 47 years is terminal with cancer and Wendy's is the only hamburger in the entire city that she can eat she is allergic to onions and pepper normally when I order her food it is soft for her to eat with the bacon and her fries are soft and it gives her great pleasure we are both 73 and have been doing business with your company for many years. Her birthday is Friday and of all things I offered to take her to dinner and she wants Wendy's. To the attention of the manager I’m wanting to bring the attention of how rude the staff in drive through are not only that but they seem like they don’t like working their with an attitude and bad service I went in recently through drive through to purchase a burger with meal .I originally had asked for bourbon burger but the young lady in the window did not seem to even care what I was asking for and acted like she didn’t understand what I was telling her when clearly both of us are speaking the same English language . I notice no ketchup was given i then asked for ketchup nicely and please and she replies “ it’s already their”, and made a face expression I say “no is not , I have the bag open and took all food out no ketchup given “ she then says “alright hear “but mad and I said “thank you” . However, I understand that bourbon burger is off the menu now but this young lady at the window shouldn’t even be dispensing food with an attitude like that and the coworkers on the background were laughing and giggling .
