On 7-8 at approximately 2:30 pm I went into the Whitten Road location to make an order for a co worker and myself. I ordered a 10 pc nugget combo which was wrong and two 10 pc with a baked potato and I never got my other order of nuggets nor did I get my drinks until I asked for them. Tony ( the mgr or assistant mgr blue shirt) acted as if it was a crime! Along with fries for the nugget combo and drink he had attitude again and after that he said and I quote, “if you wanted a meal you should have told me, I can’t read your mind.” I told him I never said he could. Before I let the situation go further I asked should I Google corporates number or can you give it to me. He said I can Google it. I asked him his name and he said “Tony”. I told him thank you and made a call to corporate and Bob called me after customer support took my message and email and spoke to me. He refunded me the 20 dollars I spent and he would go ahead and forward the information to the General Manager. Thank you Bob and I am sorry for the inconvenience but if his attitude towards me was not good then how many people has he done that way? Should he be in the position that he is in? As I was asking the employee about the app. She caught a whole attitude. OK, that's fine. I responded, "OK I understand," with a whole attitude back. She did not like that. Well don't talk to me ugly and expect a pleasant response. My husband was speaking to me in Spanish. She asked me to speak to her on English. At that point, we were done speaking to her. We had our conversation going. This is an area with a heavy Hispanic population. She needs to be okay and respectful of that. I told her she just didn't like her job, can I speak with her manager. She responded with a smirk that she was the manager. I asked to order a fresh order of Garlic Parmesan nuggets. She walked away and yelled for the male employees to drop some fresh nuggets. She returned to the counter and said it will be 4-5 minutes. I replied that’s fine paid and sat down. I during my visit the employee called her name (Wanda) . The nuggets were good and to my expectations.
