Dunkin' — Restaurant in Mendon

Went to Dunkee's this morning (Mon) like I do every morning. I typically spend 35.00 a week there minimum. I thought I would switch up my breakfast sandwich this morning, so I ordered a Big and Toasty. You should have named it Big and Greasy! Toast is just a visual with this sandwich. The bread has the consistency of French toast, only soaked with grease instead of syrup. This is by far the worse sandwich I have ever had at Dunkin Donuts, and most likely my last considering there is a delicious breakfast sandwich right next door at Sub Way. I should have know it was going to be bad. The bag was soaked with grease before it was even handed to me. And the actual taste? There was no taste until you bit into the bacon. I got through 3 bites, and tossed it. Now I sit here with a sick stomach. That and a coffee cost me 6.67. I will most likely continue to buy my coffee there but never again will I get another sandwich. Simply...

They are so efficient it blows my mind, but not my budget. I once ordered 10 munchkins and was charged for 10 donuts, I could have asked them to fix the issue but instead I decided to see what the Universe had in mind and I let it play out. Ever since that day I have been getting way more munchkins than I order and not being charged for the overage. One time I asked for 3 munchkins, was told that they had to charge me for 4, but was given 17. I don't know what is going on, if other people are experiencing this same phenomenon or not, but I've consistently been getting extra munchkins. Even on days that I don't order munchkins, just coffee, it is not uncommon to find a munchkins floating around in the cup. I have never been to a more inefficient and poorly run dunks in my life. Long wait times regardless of when you're there (even 5:30am with no other customers), constant screw ups on orders, cold "cooked" food, hash browns crushed into mush, sandwiches served with half missing, food/drinks that taste like some sort of cleaner. I kept going for a little while thinking maybe I just hit a few hectic days, but these things happen literally every time. I even overheard an older couple that sounded like they were regulars complaining and that it never used to be like this, so maybe it's something to do with recent management.
