Probably at least once a week I am required to come here, (i would not on my own volition) and it is miserable. They always have at least half a dozen customers in the store and about 3 or 4 waiting outside the restaurant. Rarely are any of these people happy or satisfied. The wait times can be extreme and often people are told to wait well over an hour before anything is ready. Ordering online ahead of time will do little for you and when you show up at the time it tells you it will still not be ready and they will inform you it will take another 15-60 minutes. Double the time they tell you it will take and you might have a ballpark estimate of how long it will actually take. All ordering online does is ensure that they have your money already so you can't leave after hearing how bad the wait times are. Waiting inside the restaurant is just painful. It's always hot, which i would forgive since it's a restaurant with large ovens almost always going but given how crowded the waiting area is you are often surrounded by a bunch of sweaty people including yourself. Add on the broken fan above the door constantly going but never cooling paired with the relentless bombardment of Call of Duty Black Ops 6 adds and I think I'm starting to understand what purgatory looks like. Seriously think about it, its a crowded, hot, uncomfortable, place full of unhappy people doing nothing but waiting. When i was in today someone asked the lady at the cash register what was taking so long and she said they only have one guy who can make pizzas. Given how often they are swarmed they should never have only one person making pizzas at dinner hours. I'm not going to blame the employees in the slightest. These people must be angelic like saints to have the patience required to work at such an establishment given they are constantly dealing with upset customers and poor management. I sincerely hope that the people who have to deal with that job day in and day out go on to live their best and happiest possible lives. I've seen other reviews on here call them lazy and unmotivated but how would you feel if every day you had to fight off 12 hungry people at a time for 8 hours a day. It seems so grinding on the soul of a person that i can't bring myself to be upset ant anyone but the management who allows this to happen on such a regular basis. With how awful the wait times are i really fail to see why anyone would come back here. Their prices have also increased to the point i wouldn't consider it the cheap option anymore. I know no one wants to cook especially after work but given the wait times and discomfort the store provides i would argue that it is faster, better tasting, and less effort to go to the grocery store, buy a frozen pizza and make it at home while still being in the same...
Read moreI usually don't critique most food places since I'm a grab and go customer who usually buys whatever is the special. However, going to this location ruined my appetite. I ordered the front page special for 7.99 at 6:26pm on a Saturday night. Website said it would be ready 6:56-7:01. Walked into the store at 6:56 exactly so they wouldn't skip me like previous times. I wait in line a little over 10 mins and he tells me they are just now loading it into the oven. 20 minutes later a woman decides to write down the names of people waiting for pizza after a guy complains he's been waiting there an hour since he first ordered (4 pizzas + dipping sauce). After collecting 6 names, i yell my name and she turns around and walks to the back, not even surveying the crowd and acting like she is being rushed even though no one is being pushing including the manager in the back. She comes back after looking for 4 orders(multiple pizzas) to bring up (all multiples pizzas) then asks again for names of people waiting on orders only to take 1 name (not including me and the person next to me that also heard me yell and felt sorry) and runs on back to look for more orders (Again, no one is rushing her to search for their orders). Then she asks if anyone wants to START a new order AND that it would be ready in 30 mins (despite over an hour wait time on a single pizza order). Finally my car passenger comes in wondering why it's almost been an hour. And I say the front desk lady is trying hard to avoid looking for my order (the one pizza). She looks at me and asks why I haven't been yelling, to which I know is obvious bait to get an emotional reaction. I tell her she, "walks away every time I give my name", while she decides mid sentence to turn around and look for more orders. She comes back AGAIN and asks my name (which I have now given 3 times). She says "I think I saw that one" as if rubbing in the fact that she is ignoring smaller orders (They yelled out the name of a double order of the 8 dollar deep dish). I also am not wearing a mask, thus not muffling my voice when speaking to her. She says "I need to get the sauce" as if that is not already standard for the Caesars special and readily available. She comes back at 7:46pm with my pizza without any condolence. That means my one pizza was cooking for 40 minutes and that my order from placement to received was 80 minutes LONG. ONE PIZZA, EIGHTY MINUTES, NO...
Read moreWhat a horrible disappointment! It had been over a year since we'd been here. We always-always loved it. It was our "to go" place for pizza - at least once a week. Then we found Pieology and liked it there better. Well, they stopped carrying the sausage we loved, so we went back to "Pizza-Pizza". That was about 7 months ago. We were disappointed then, but yesterday we thought "okay we'll try it one more time". OMG what a disaster. The line was long and out the door (small place). There were only kids running the place. They: Confused. We ordered ahead - that was a chore to get them to understand. You'd think there'd be one line to pick up (so your pizza stays warm) and another line for orders. Nope. Finally at the register, I see about 12 boxes of finished pizza stacked up and not in warmers. The teenager tried to find my box - then gave one to me. Because an older gentleman before me had to bring his pizzas back for a wrong order, I was prompted to open the box first before I paid - NOPE - not mine. The teen went hunting again. Another box. We ordered triple sausage. I looked at it: no tomato sauce in sight and a flailing amount of sausage. I said "Is this TRIPLE sausage?" "I guess so" she says. Furious for the long wait, and the cold pizza, I just paid, took it and left... to heat it up and add my own sauce. It was also really THICK dough while it used to be thin crust. We had to reheat the pizza and add the sauce. Very unpleasant. We will...
