Pitstop Pub Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Menifee

I like this place because it’s the only decent bar in Menifee, new owners spent some money on the place but please if you read this. Your staff are slowwwwwwww I go there a lot and it takes an average of 45 minutes to 1 hour to get my food or to be helped at a table. When I get my food half the time it’s cold and let me tell you. Your pizza is delicious, and the wings are the best I have had in a long long long time. Keep up the good work on the food. Just put the staff on gear please.

Update: 11/2022 one less star. Since my first visit review I have been here 3 other times. The service keeps getting worse. It does not matter if it’s weekend or week day the bar tenders don’t care. If you are sitting in a table good luck getting anything let alone acknowledge you are a customer. The new owners simply are driving this place down. Focus on customer service and you will make more $$$ next review in a couple months.

Update #3 Dec 3, 2023 it’s been a year since I have been here, and let me tell you, this place is still slow as heLL. The staff is still rude and don’t care to help you. After a half hour I went up and asked for a menu and water. The woman with the I hate people hat was rude AF and didn’t bring it a water when we waved she nodded NO.

Management. Please get your head out of your a$$, fire the staff and get staff that want to work. This place was not as busy, I could have done it alone. This place was the spot with the old owners. Yalls letting it go. I’m short we left. Will never be back.

Came for lunch with the in-laws. We all ordered food at the same time. Our in laws recieved their food and my fiance and I never got ours. We ordered a burger and club sandwich. We asked about our food and the bartender who can't hear said "yeah it should be coming I had to put in a bunch of orders" okay... but why did our in-laws get their food when we all ordered at the same time? A whole hour went by since we ordered, we just decided to leave! Why do you only have one bartender working on a Saturday afternoon, who can't hear, can't read her own writing, and can't put in the orders!! Hire someone else!! In n Out to save the day!

I just have to add.. after we left my in-laws waited forever to pay for their bill/receive the check. My mother in law went up to the bar and the bartender was talking over and she said she seemed tweaked out. Gave her the correct bill of 2 pitchers, a pastrami sandwich, and a patty melt. $60 something dollars. My mother in law gave her the card. The bartender came back with a receipt to sign that was charged for $120. The server had added 2 pizzas on there they did not order. The bartender said she voided it but couldn't bring a new receipt that said so. And told my mother in law to come back in a few days if her bank account didn't adjust to the correct amount. My in laws live another state! What is going on at this place? Bartender Ashley needs to be fired immediately. The owner/manager needs to schedule more than one person at a time!!! Bouncer wasn't friendly, the busser guy was even worse. When I asked him if a table was occupied he just said I don't know and walked away. When he came back, I asked him again because I didn't see anyone sitting on the table and I had my girlfriend and friends. He didn't want to clean the table for me, so I took it upon myself to clean the table so that we can sit down. At the end of the night, when the bar was closing, the same busser guy was kicking everyone out of the bar. I was paying my tab and as I was doing that, I noticed that he was kicking my fiancé out. I told him "it's okay bro, she's with me, I'm just paying my tab" This guy was super rude. He said, "I don't care if she's with you, she could wait for you outside" what kind of BS is that right? I told him that I didnt care either and that my fiancé was going to stay with me. Long story short, he got on my face and started screaming at me and of course I started screaming back. He was ready to fight, but luckily one of the older workers, who by the way was really nice and polite, apologized on the other guy's behalf and managed to keep me calm.
