Worst Popeyes Location! I’ve been to plenty of Popeyes, but this particular location? It’s like the Bermuda Triangle of fast food. Walk in hungry, and you might never walk out with your order—or your sanity. This place sets a new low for service. The staff? A lifeless bunch who look like they’d rather chew glass than take your order. Smiles? Nonexistent. Competence? Still trying to locate it. Honestly, I've seen zombies with more personality.
The wait was so absurd I thought maybe they were raising the chickens out back, letting them live a full, happy life before frying them up. I wasn't just waiting for food—I was waiting for a miracle. And at these prices, you’d think they were sprinkling the chicken with gold dust and life-changing advice.
To top it all off, when I finally got my food, the staff handed it over like they were doing me some enormous favor. Thanks, guys, really above and beyond. Pro tip: if you enjoy slow, painful service and blank stares, this is your spot. For the rest of you? Do yourself a favor and avoid this Popeyes like it's a plague on chicken. For what they charge, you could pay a therapist to deal with the trauma of...
Read moreUpdate: after my first review, it seems that the service has gone down. Ordered ahead of time and drive thru not being as packed as before, my food took forever to be ready. Ordered 7:24pm didn’t get my food till after 8. No generosity was shown for the wait.
Since opening, I’ve came here three times now, here’s the good and bad. The bad, let’s talk about the flow of traffic for the drive thru line is a mess. People cut from one side or the other. The parking spots are slim tight, if that wasn’t enough , it’s difficult to get into a spot when the drive thru line is blocking the way. At first you couldn’t order on the app but now it does pop up which is a plus. The good is, the food is excellent, for a new establishment & opening weeks , they staff is doing outstanding. My mobile order wasn’t ready but they showed hospitality by giving me a drink while I waited. Understand going there is busy but the staff is doing excellent for the amount of customers they’re attending. Popeyes if you see this, please don’t close but fix that drive thru and...
Read moreNone of the issues of this restaurant are the fault of the staff who were all very kind and attentive. To start, there's a counter where one would assume you can place your order with the employees standing behind the register, but you absolutely must use the kiosk to order. Except the kiosk doesn't even have everything listed on their menu so now an employee has to come help you try and figure out how it can be done. Then you have to go through the counter and place your order anyways. It's very frustrating and a drain of time and energy for both the employees and the customers. My second issue is with how much prepared fried food was sitting in the heating trays. I get that frying to order is tough, but to have what looks like an hours worth of food sitting there getting stale seems counterintuitive and there's no way to deliver quality on those terms, and to charge 12-15$ for food like that feels borderline criminal. It was my first visit to a Popeyes and...
