If I could put "zero stars" I would. Do not go here unless you like to be yelled at. Earlier this week, my wife and her friend went to this flower shop per my finding on Yelp. They wanted to buy a corsage & boutonniere set for my son and his prom date. The man did not have the ribbon color to match my son's prom date. We said it was fine and we would supply the ribbons. The gentleman agreed. Today my wife and friend went to the flower shop to drop off the ribbons. The lady working there today (I assume this is a husband/wife team there), tended to my wife and friend. My wife and her friend asked about some details of the corsage and when shown how it would look like, my wife and friend questioned if "that was it?" The lady immediately got mad and began yelling at my wife and her friend. As a customer you should not lose your temper right away over a question. My wife and friend were not rude. My wife asked for a refund since, she had prepaid and told the lady that there is no need to act this way. My family and I will never shop there and will never recommend anyone to go there. Look, we all have problems in life. There is no need to act rude and disrespectful to others if its not warranted. I feel sorry for the gentleman that works there, if he has to put up with that kind of attitude every day. Now my wife and friend have to shop somewhere else at the last minute. Even on Yelp's "not-recommended" reviews of this place, you can tell that the owner herself, put a great review, but didn't change her name(Mona S.) That's why Yelp caught it and put it in their not recommended review section. I see many others have complained about this place. I should've checked the reviews more carefully...
Read more“WARNING” Worst customer service ever! My 16 year old son had called this business to inquire about purchasing a graduation lei. When he was ready to make a payment he asked if AMEX was accepted and he was told no, because of fees and what not, which is fine. He asked if he could use his Apple Card which is a Master Card and he was told no. He was never told what payment method was acceptable and the lady was talking down to him and had a very unpleasant attitude. I followed up with a call of my own and was also met with the same type of response. She stated that they don’t take AMEX, which again is fine, but she also told me that they don’t take Apple credit card, obviously not understanding that an Apple Credit Card is a Master Card. When I asked her what payment they do accept, she stated that they take any other form of payment besides AMEX or Apple Credit Card. When she asked for my name and I provided it, she asked who had called previously, I stated that it was my son who had called earlier. She then started talking about fraud and how this was a red flag for fraud. A simple inquiry about a lei turned into a business owner speaking down to my child and than speaking down to me, as if we’re idiots. I stood there by my mom through this entire phone call, my mother was trying to explain to the worker who was incredibly rude & right off the bat told my mom “I don’t know what you are talking about” when my mom explained the arrangement and told her it was for a mausoleum flower holder for my late aunts service. Once the worker snarked at my mom & spoke down on her, which is something I now know is a common thing here after reading more replies; my mom simply & innocently told her to imagine the walls of the cemetery where they have the the holders & the worker screamed at my mom telling her don’t tell her she’s going to be buried in a wall. Her screaming that made zero sense when all my mom was doing was painting a picture for her, after all they are florists so I assume they would know what a mausoleum flower holder is. My mom did not laugh in her face, she nervously chuckled because she couldn’t believe the responses she was getting, after being talked down to and screamed at further is when my mother told them she was taking her business elsewhere.
