Well if you are pregnant and crave anything like I did for the last 2 of my pregnancies this is NOT the place for you!! They never get the order right I craved the Filet O Fish added a tomato on it and they had no problem charging the .50 cents for it but ALWAYS forgot to put it on the sandwich!! Then daughter wanted a Mighty Kids meal with Nuggets and Ranch instead we got Mc Double with Ranch Sauce and they also forgot the APPLES which is almost my daughters favorite thing in it!! Then everytime we have been in and out and wanted a bite to eat grabbed a small burger we dislike warm pickles so asked to have them off, instead we had them on it!! The last and final straw which how many chances does a place get before you say enough is enough (crappy part of it is its .5 miles away from us). But anyways the last straw was tonight when I was sick at home with the flu I just wanted a SWEET TEA with lite ice, instead I got a Regular BREWED ICE TEA with ICE ALMOST UP TO THE TOP?! Are you kidding me? Thought that would have been sooo easy for someone to get right?! Umm, NOPE!!! This place needs better trainers, or people that can read a screen, get better training from those higher up unless they need to be trained themselves?! Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. Placed a mobile order on the app. Curbside was the only option for pickup and when we got there we sat there for 20 minutes. After having to get a hold of someone inside, we are told to come through the drive thru. They ask the order number 2 times and then nothing. We finally pull up to the window and the manager Zach says they have no order for us even though I have the confirmation email as well as the proof that my account was charged. The whole time we were dealing with him he was not trying to help us at all. When we said we just wanted a refund he told us we had to do that through the app. When I ask him how I do that , he says "I don't know, I don't use the app I get a better discount working here". Every question we asked him to try to figure out how to get our money back was "I don't know" not "I am not sure but let me see if I can find out for you". We asked for a phone number for some one higher up then him, and he would not give us anything. I placed my order and I could hear the man over the microphone yelling at another worker, asking if that was the correct sauce and order while cursing. At least have some decency to put the microphone on mute. When I drove up to receive my order he repeated my order to me and said “Two Mc.chickens”. I said “ Oh no, my order is one Mc.chicken with hot sauce, small fries and a small sprite”. The man started to yell at me in front of my child and say that he heard me loud and clear that I only ordered two Mc.chickens. I told him it ways fine to have a misunderstanding and he yelled and said no, that I am in the wrong here and that I do not know my own order. This man was sniffing his nose, shaking and fidgety. I just drove away. No reason for an escalation for Mc.Donald’s food. I have notice for the past year this location hiring rude people or people you can clearly tell are on drugs while working. I did not have an interaction like this until just now. I even called the manager of that location to let her know what just occurred and she said “ok” and hung up on me.
