This was my first visit to Campola's. Al had taken my reservation and also welcomed us warmly when our party of five arrived. Turns out that he also made our food and helped to serve it with smiles. Our table on the patio was set and ready for us when we arrived, and water was brought immediately without asking, as were extra napkins. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant. Each of us chose a different type of food, and all of us thought that what we had was delicious...from the pepperoni roll appetizer, to pizza, to a cheesesteak sandwich, to pasta dishes, and cannoli for dessert. One friend gave me a taste of one of her meatballs, and it was so tender and tasty...I think I'll have to come back for a pasta dish with those meatballs! When we were nearing the end of our meal, a very nice gentleman arrived and sang and played nice songs on guitar. He was not too loud so that we could still socialize together. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable evening. Thank...
Read moreWe have not experienced such bad food in years. The place is not air conditioned or the owner too cheap to turn it on to make customers comfortable. The food was way overpriced for what you receive. The salad lettuce was old and wilted and bland. No bread served with the meal (this is Italian food! bread is a big deal!). The sides that came with two meals......broccoli without any seasoning of any kind and some kind of rice (no people, would not call it rice pilaf). Generally a good, Italian restaurant serves some sort of pasta or Italian side dish....my neice ordered a chicken BLT and received approximately a pound of potato chips with it. Never would I even consider recommending this establishment and will never go again. Décor is garage items and the high chair for the child is damaged and unsafe. This guy is crazed to charge what he does for the...

The food here was quite good.
I got the chicken parmesan, and it was excellent. The chicken was not overcooked and dry, as is sometimes the case with that dish, and the sauce on the spaghetti tasted good, and homemade.
My wife got the Spaghetti Aglio Olio with chicken. She enjoyed it quite a bit as well.
Our kids split a cheese pizza, which of course they liked.
Finally, we got some deserts. The kids each got a chocolate chip connoli, which was quite good and definitely sweet. They loved them.
The service here was good, but slow. When we arrived, they were trying to keep everyone seated outside, and it seemed like there were 4 people doing everything (waiting tables, and cooking food). While it is understandable why this would slow them down, it did take a long time for us to get our deserts, and then the check,...
