Become hit or miss here. Our server let our food sit in the window almost 8 minutes, we counted. It was lukewarm when it arrived after sitting. The time before they messed up the one order, but the other was perfect and it was quick with good service. Time before that everything was spot on, quick, and good service. I don't think the hand devices help them for customized orders. This last time the one girl knew how to use it well, but the rest kept shouting out fixes to what they put in. And normally my dinner date goes through four drinks a meal, this last time he got one the whole meal, he mentioned it when she checked on us, and brought his new drink with the check and completely forgot mine. I slurp the empty drink as a reminder to staff hey its empty. The one server told me I was being too noisy when I did so instead of fixing it. Breakfast tends to be better staff than late lunch or dinner, but more likely to fail the hand devices for a customized order. We still go back, but we know it's...

I've known the Shibley's a long time, over 25 years. I'm giving a 2 rating due to service only. Food is good but service needs a big improvement at the Mentor location. I've been there when a server all of a sudden in the middle of my meal, transfers my table and check to another server so she can go home. A couple of months ago, I observed my server arguing with another server about who's getting sat with customers and who isn't because the other server sat herself. I must say, it was the same server who transferred me to someone else. So, this time I thought I would try carry out. The person who answered (not saying who) answered the Mayfield location. I thought I called the wrong location. I was told how much then called back to verify. The same server answered and said Mayfield location again. My wife and I always enjoy eating at Yours Truly. This time it was at the Mentor location. We regularly go to the Mayfield location, but sometimes Shaker Square oh, other times Beachwood OH, and other times Valley View. I have gone to some of the other locations too. The menus are always the same. The service is always great. The food is consistently good. Yours truly is our go to venue. We also appreciate that we are never rushed. The servers always are attentive and come back asking if we need anything else, and if so provide it with a smile , whether it is a refill on tea , another napkin, asking about deserts. The servers seem to help each other and management is visible and is working to make the experience comfortable, coordinating with the kitchen, the servers, and the other staff. I have found this to be true all their venues. Other food service operators should take lessons...
