Sad and Lazy
So first, we check their hours. Main page of website lists days and hours, but to check their socials for more accurate days and hours. What?
Get there and there are three cars ahead of us, the first already at the window. It's 25 minutes before we make it to the window, and another 8 before we had our order. Nearly 10 minutes per car, and once at the window we could see why. The three ladies working were taking their TIME. They had to stop working to have their conversation. Apparently can't talk and work at the same time, and one of those clearly had priority.
Ordered two smoothies and the nuggets. Get home to find the nuggets are ice cold, nearly frozen. I checked all over their site, it says nothing about giving you food you have to cook yourself, so I'm going to assume they were so absorbed in their conversations they forgot to cook the food I ordered. Once we heated them up, they're less nuggets and more mini-falafel. Only falafels actually taste like something other than sand. BBQ sauce is ketchup they added some (very little) seasonings to.
Smoothies were thin and pitiful. I can go to half a dozen places on the same road and get half a dozen better vegan smoothies.
As far as the food goes, it reminds me of what vegans and vegetarians had to eat back in '98. The world has come a long way, has learned to make good vegan food, and clearly left this place behind.
