One star is generous. I ordered from this location and the pickup time was 5:14. I pulled in at 5:15 and my online tracker said the pizza was ready. I had two sleeping babies so I went to the pickup window. After about 10 minutes someone comes to the window and says what’s the name, I told them and they disappeared. About 10 mins later I finally get the attention of someone and once again am asked for my name and the disappears. I proceed to knock on the window and call the store and all ignored. I see at least 6 different people working in there and multiple people keep walking but and ignoring me. Finally at 546 I am over it and leave. I call the store and finally they pick up. I ask for the manager and am told the general manager isn’t there but I can talk to the assistant or manager on duty. I explained what happened and that I wouldn’t even be mad if my pizza was late but I didn’t like being ignored and not at least told. I have had late pizza here before but they were always apologetic which makes it better. He never apologized at all and was arrogant the whole time. At the end of me explaining he said why didn’t you call the store and what was your name, I can cancel your order. I told him I did call the store and no one answered. He said that wasn’t true because he answered all the calls all night. After looking up my order he had the nerve to say “wait you are calling to complain about an $8 pizza”. At that point I had had it, I said I wasn’t talking to him anymore and asked for the mangers name and he gets real aggressive and says you aren’t going to talk to me that way! I have never experienced something quite like this in my life. His name is ASHTON. I can’t even put into words how rude he was. I would never visit this dominos again. People don’t deserve to be treated like that.
Update: it has been almost two weeks and corporate, the location, and the email/phone number listed in this review have ignored me and I haven’t heard a word.
Another update: it’s been another week since the response says they get a lot of emails and just have missed mine and still nothing. Nothing from the store, the response on here, or corporate. I see other people are...
Read moreMy review is not regarding an order. I applied to work for this company several months ago. I was brought in for an interview and hired for a driver position. I was then contacted by the manager asking what size shirt I needed and I told her that I wear an 8X (yes I know that is very large but that is what I wear). She told me that they only made up to 6X and that I could not start until I had a uniform shirt and that she would try to figure it out. I then did not hear from her for 6 days so I contacted her again. She reiterated that I could not start until I had a shirt and that she was "working on it". After another 9 days went by I contacted her again and got the same story that they were trying to figure something out. I waited almost a month after this conversation without hearing from her then filed a complaint through the Ohio Civil Rights Commission. After months of this process they magically decided they could make me a shirt and allow me to start working for them. Needless to say, after all that had happened I did not accept as who would want to work for a company that had treated them like this? The outcome of the Civil Rights Commission investigation brought me no satisfaction either as obesity is not a "protected class" under the ADA and so even though they clearly discriminated against me due to my weight I have no recourse under the law. I have been fat for a long time, I have delivered pizza for a long time, I am perfectly capable and willing to do this job and just because I couldn't wear a shirt with their company logo on it I was not allowed to begin a job I was hired to do. You would think, in this time we are living in where every business is short staffed and no one wants to work, that a company would be willing to overlook something as stupid as a shirt to get someone willing to actually work but I guess not. I guess wearing a Domino's hat and putting a Domino's delivery sign on my vehicle just isn't enough. Thank you for reading this and I hope that instead of ordering from this heartless corporation you will take your pizza dollars to one of the many small independent pizza shops that desperately need your business in these...
Read moreI wish I had the time to list everything that went wrong at this location. Yesterday, we ordered for my daughters birthday. Approximately 10 minutes after my tracker said the order had arrived, no big, probably a glitch. My mom calls after our 30-40 minute wait turned into over an hour. We weren’t mad about the wait we just wanted an estimate because kids. When we received the pizza it was extremely heavy. When we opened it the dough was so raw that when you picked a piece up the dough stretched. The thin crust had at least a cm of cheese and was somehow raw too. When calling they offered a remake, at this point we just wanted a refund. They said we needed a different manager for that and told us to call when she got in. Once talking to the manager she tells us how the whole morning was bad because of a new manager and she’s had so many calls of complaints and she was refunding me. I even said to only refund for the 3 raw pizzas not the other stuff we ordered but she offered a full refund. She couldn’t figure out how to do the refund so told me to call her after 5 today. I called and they weren’t even making sense. Once being taken off hold all she says it’s“it’s pending wait 48 to 72 hours” and hangs up. I had to call back to see what that even meant. She then says I have a long list of refunds over the past couple months which isn’t true at all. I have one complaint on my account and they offered a pizza which was nice and I never even used it despite continuing to order from there. All of this isn’t even everything that was bizzare. All I’m saying if you’re going to participate in medicinal herbs at work, maybe make sure you can...
