Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mentor

Worst experience I have ever had. Waited for 7-8 mins fo our food, it was brought out and it was ice cold and completely wrong. There was almost no toppings on any of the tacos and 1 didnt have anything but meat. I asked for 6 supreme 3 of them with no tomato. 2 nacho Frye and a power up burrito. The tacos all had remnants of tomatoes on them. Half of the power up was empty and cold. The nacho gets were soggy and raw tasting. I we f back to get my food corrected and the guy and girl behind the register were rude and instantly gave me an attitude. She (manager) told me to show her the tacos so I did...I laid them out on the counter and opened each one. She told me that they have pre determined scoops that they have to use for toppings. Only taco bell I have ever been to that you needed to looked really well for the toppings. The guy ca.e over and handed me 3 tacos...I said I am supposed to get 6. She said I can only replace 3 sorry. All of my children's tacos were sprawled all over the counter and she wanted me to wrap them back up and feed them to my child after they were sitting there for 4 minutes. My youngest took one bite and the smell and look on his face was terrible. The meat smelled so bad. This kitchen area was covered in food and wrappers and bags everyone. NEVER...

I see why they are rated so low. They do a terrible job at making the food. They are extremely defensive about making the food terribly. Their attitudes are horrible. All of the eye rolling extremely miserable employees giving burnt expired and nasty food out that maybe they stored in their basement at their house and brought back to make people's food with. I don't know how they get food so nasty that they should have made only moments ago. But the nasty attitude to go along with it I think is the icing on the cake. Thank goodness they don't make cake. I'm sure they would figure out a way to burn that and make it nasty as well. Save your time and drive the extra miles to another Taco Bell. If this was only the first encounter I wouldn't even do this review. But each time over the year that I have to stop here I always have to go back. I always have to circle back. They always make sure I know that I'm going to have to wait after everyone else's served before they're going to help me and then they do a bad job at replacing my food with a nasty attitude. This location needs work. Every time I go through there's always an issue of why I can't order something. 1.) No potatoes (this lasted 3 days). 2.) No burrito wraps (seriously? A taco place with no burrito wrap?). 3.) Not serving due to food currently warming up. 4.) The fryer is down, can't serve latest menu item or anything fried. Also, chips are always cooked in old oil, prime ingredients missing, etc...

Seems like a management problem. The staff are always kind and polite.

Edit: June 8th, it is 11 PM on a wednesday, I went in the driveway and was told they were closed for the day. I asked why then are the lights on, and the guy in the intercom told me (If you don't like itm then you can open up your own taco bell). This place has a serious problem. It needs fixed. It is in a prime location and is being treated a s if it's the only restaurant in town..... The individual that spoke to me was a male, and again, 11 PM...
