My family and I came thru the drive thru one night and I was drinking a can of Dr. Pepper. When we got to the window for our food we were told our food would be right out. We then sat there for 15 min and watched as the employees inside were acting strange. After awhile they came to the window and gave me our food. As soon as we pulled off two police cars pulled us over. They stated that someone called and reported that I was drinking and driving. When I showed that it was a Dr. Pepper can they apologized and said we were free to go. Come to find out it was the Wendy’s employees who called the police and reported that I was drinking and driving. Not only did we get held up for no reason at all once we got home none of the food that we ordered was made correctly. My wife emailed the district manager and didn’t even get an apology in return but a generic message saying he would “dig into “ this matter and address it accordingly . Read moreIm really disappointed in this restaurant they always get my order wrong. I made sure this time that I called to let them know I wanted a PLAIN hamburger. I believe I spoke to the Manager and she assured me my order would be right this time. Well it was totally wrong. Im starving with no food! I could not eat what I received. I attached a picture of my plain burger. I called to let them know and the person at Wendys blamed the dasher for delivering the wrong order. Read moreVery frustrating - Had to ask three times to not take the cup carrier - due to it dumping in my lap before - girl at window still refused - even after I explained why I didn't want it for two frosty and a large coke. By the way my husband was with me to help hold the cups. Had to continue to argue - and only when I asked to speak with the manager did she give my cups. Given no receipt, I couldn't give feedback. The manager didn't seem to care when I called that it was such a big deal to not take the carrier. Wendy's "customer satisfaction" - guess I was asking too much.
