Zoup! Eatery — Restaurant in Mentor

This was hands down one of my favorite Zoups locations but as of today I think I will never patronize this or any other Zoup until I can get some kind of response from either on this site or corporate. I visited your location today at approximately 250 pm 2/2 2020 ,when I walked up to the counter to order my food there was no greeting,no how can I help you ,there was absolutely no conversation until I started one.I ordered two Whole Turkey and Bacon sandwiches and asked how much were the cookies,the young lady responded very nasty and I quote"The Price Is Right There In Front Of You" It caught me off guard but i said nothing and just said i would take them,I asked about the price because i have problems with my eyes and i cant see small print,which she couldnt have known but if she had any customer skills a question is not a bad thing,so I waited on my sandwiches and when I finally got them I thanked the young man and he looked at me as if I had personally done something to him but I'm use to it because this guy always have an attitude like this,as a matter of fact everytime I visit this location ,maybe I'm just not his cup of tea but anyway I get home and bite into my sandwitch and it taste about as good as his attitude.....No bacon...No Mayo and just plain nasty,so was it a coincidence ...maybe..is it personal..could be....is it that I'm not the type of person he likes..dont know,but I tell you what I think a paying customer deserve better.I will be talking to someone in corporate tommorow about...

This was my favorite location, but I will never go there again. I went in and ordered my usual ceasar salad. I always stand there and watch them make my order and I'm glad I did. The young man making the salad dropped the dressing on the floor picked it up and put it in my salad then proceeded to give it to the guy to put the lid on. If I wouldn't have been watching they would have given me that salad with the dirty dressing container that fell on the floor. If you ever ordered a salad from there then you know that they sit the dressing in the container on your salad. The manager went to get bread from the back after touching everything from the oven to the door and the cookies with the same dirty gloves on. He comes out holding the bread in his hands then put it on the counter to cut before putting it in the oven. This location has definitely went down hill I'm very disappointed, but I'm also glad I was there to witness this because i was going to place my order online...

I think his name is Joshua because he was the only guy here and that's the name on the receipt. Wears glasses and has a tattoo behind his left ear. He made zero eye contact while taking my order, spoke sternly and harshly to a young, female coworker demanding she take a customers order (I will say the customer was on her phone while placing an order so I was even having a hard time following her order). The girl was doing a good job. After that harsh remark from Josh(?) he made a condescending comment about how the other employees "aren't doing anything right tonight".

It takes a lot for me to write a review. As a former food service worker, I was appalled at his behavior. He's the one who should have been reprimanded for being...
