Points East Shopping Center — Local services in Mentor

This particular store is rather disorganized. Everytime I go in it seems like what I thought was on sale actually isn't. I'll tell the cashier, "it was on a table that said 50% off/when you buy 2 they're $5 each/etc..." and they never double check or ask anyone, they just tell me "well it rang up as this, so do you want it or not?" There never seems to be associates in the floor to help you find something or even to open a changing room for you. Every time I've wanted to try something on, I wait for about five minutes and then end up either walking away or sneaking into the 'quick change' area behind the curtain and trying on a few items in there. We went to DSW. The shopping center has a good variety of stores. They also have along the walkway some hand sanitizer for you to use before you enter stores. It was nice to see that as people are able to use it and hopefully cut down on the drums that are entering the stores touching the items that you were buying. We only went into DSW and their protocol was if you tried on a shoe you're more than welcome to see that you just had to put the shoes you were trying on back on a separate table and not back where you originally got them from. This is something to note however when you are shopping there and looking for a particular style and size they may still have it it just might be on a table of shoes that need to be disinfected. This old Navy is like every other old Navy. They always have some good sales going on and my wife and I have both found some killer deals in the clearance sections. The store is kept pretty well but often times shelves are pretty messy. That's not the worker's fault though. Some customers are too lazy to put something back properly and expect slithers to pick up after them. Don't be that person. I only give it four starts because nearly every time I come here I wait in line for way too long. There's often times only one person checking out even though there are other staff that could be helping when the line gets long.
