Very impressed with this particular Carl's Junior. The manager was very respectable very polite. Greeted us as we walk through the door and as well as left the building. It's 12:30 in the afternoon Tuesday June 4th. Another big plus was I actually got a burger that looks like the picture as advertised very happy to see restaurants still doing so. Would definitely come back to this location. Was very clean bathroom was decent. Are you can drink. Salsa bar. Kids play area outside with tables and chairs also outside. Easy to find off the street. That so-called truffle sauce tasted like white cheddar sauce no flavor. Nothing else. The onion ring strings had a old taste to them. The hype on this is not worth it. I can say the beef patty was good. More and more I am disappointed on how sloppy the burgers are put together. Now the fish sandwich was not a sandwich just a breaded fish fillet slapped into a mayo ? Sauced bun and an ugly piece of lettuce that not even a rabbit would eat. Read moreThe staff was friendly. They had a promotion so they were getting hit and they were under staffed. Having worked in fastfood before, being patient was not an issue. What i do have an issue with is that a promotional order was taken out and given to a customer that had a special request and the worker retrieved the order and gave it to another customer instead of getting rid of the order like they’re suppose to. If I can see it, the other customer could see it. He looked at it and was going to say something but decided not to make a fuss. Thats unsanitary and against food regulations to be reserving an order that was sent back. Makes me wonder what they do with our drive...
