We ordered birria tacos NOT tacos de birria. This is what we got... the tortilla was not cooked in the sauce nor toasted. We have had PLENTY of birria tacos around town and surrounding areas its what we like to do we go around tasting business birria tacos... so we know what they are supposed to look like. Yes we know the difference between quesabirria and birria FYI they are made the exact same except one has cheese the other does not so why was ours not made correctly?? On another note every single bite was nothing but fat, legit couldnt even finish the second taco because I gagged. Birria should be fall off the bone texture (tender)... it tasted like a white person googled a recipe (the wrong recipe) bought the cheapest fattiest meat and tried it out for the first time. Listen their tacos are the same soggy tortillas which is why they give you one extra one, they break into pieces and the meat is fatty I've tried their asada and yes the flavor was good delicious even but it was not worth going back I gave it two tries. We thought since the tortilla would be toasted this time around and the birria should be tender it would be good this time around wrong. A pro though if you don't mind fatty meat in every bite their flavors are on point, their salsas are delicious not spicy but delicious, oh and ask for light guacamole because they will drench your tacos in them to where you don't know where your first tacos begins and your last...
