We used the drive up at 11am. We ordered a big Mac meal with a Dr pepper and a large hot mocha.
They have 2 drive thru lanes, both had cars in them so we chose the one closest to the main road as the menu screen on the other had been completely smashed by vandals. When we got to the order box our menus were also smashed but worse the the other one. We waited a bit for someone to even greet us and a new person had driven up ordered and was done paying before we were greeted with a we'll be right with you. We waited more and 2 more cars came, ordered, paid and were getting their food before they came back to us to order. After ordering and paying we pulled up to the window to receive our food and we're given our Dr pepper and asked to pull into the drive thru spot number 4 because our food wasn't ready..... Pulling forward there is no drive thru spot number 4 so we parked in the online pickup spot 4. Those spots are dangerously small! Like insanely small, so much so we couldn't even open our doors if we had to get out. Luckily our order came out fairly fast and no one was parked on our drivers side so we were able to pull out safely despite the car that pulled in next to us being about 12 inches from our door. Mind you we were within our spot driving a minivan and they were within theirs driving a smaller sedan... That's how tight the spots are. Being we had to wait we assumed the food would be hot... Nope.... Fries were Luke warm and hard and the mocha was just warm enough not to be gross, but cool enough I could of chugged the entire cup that's how cool the temp was. Very let down by...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. These kids want $15 an hour, but they can't even make a fresh burger. My order was completely wrong, stale hard bread, hard and unmelted cheese, the lettuce was brown and slimy and the staff was extremely rude when I asked for it to be fixed. I know how to be polite and I was when I explained my order was wrong (and gross). The "manager" immediately tossed me attitude and told me it was against policy to remake orders, (it is not..). She then refused to let me speak to her higher up and said if I really had a problem with it I could contact the corporate office in the morning. I paid $45 for an order that was completely wrong and the food I did receive was inedible. McDonald's, DO BETTER.
Just went back and ended up with the same manager. Half our food was missing and the other half was made wrong. Again, I called to resolve the issue and got the same manager with the same immediate attitude. She also said I should check my privilege, like I didn't just pay $40 to only get half my order. She refuses to review orders and replace missing items or re make wrong ones. Managers are supposed to make sure the customer gets what they pay for. Not call them entitled cry babies. Read moreThe service I just received from this McDonald's was disgusting as I approached the counter I got no response from a guy with his back turned to me and holding a mop not mopping holding the mop I didn't say excuse me I'd like to order he then said he needed counter help and turns his back again then he turned back around with attitude and asked me what I wanted but how can I keep motor I asked may I have four doubles a large fry please he then very disrespectfully told me $11 and some change so I gave him a 20 and then told him I had to change hold on one second then he told me that I need to hurry sir there was people in line at this point I just put my head down and said the service here is amazing I clearly ordered it for 2 Dine-in and they backed it for me which I had to make them unbag and tell them I'm sure you don't want me to stay but I'm going to thank you I then had trouble getting ice water and bag as I left f* this McDonald's I will never ever...
