I'm writing this mostly because this location 1 out of probably every 5 times I have gone gets the order wrong in some way and it is very frustrating. I have let them know over the phone via customer service that they are missing parts of my order (usually just 1-2 items) and the only thing that ever is done is that you can drive back to the store to go get it, they have never offered a refund for said item. Usually by the time I notice, I'm already far away from the restaurant and I do not want to drive back. If it was just one time, it wouldn't be such a big deal but it's been multiple times that I have ordered from this location. I don't go to McDonald's that often in the first place so to have it happen so many times, it's very annoying.
Also while I'm complaining, about 1- 2 year ago, I went to this location and ordered some McDoubles, and whoever the burgers ended up so salty that they were straight up inedible. Usually the McDoubles are great but it was very surprising that one time that they over salted it so much, considering McDonald's is usually known as having consistent food throughout it's franchises. It made me stop going entirely for about 6 months.
So out of frustration, I'm just going to write out exactly what this location missed every time they missed a food item because I'm not able to get refunds on things that are missing and it's just annoying in general. Hopefully I can edit this so I can add onto it later if I continue to miss items. Read moreI've never been a fan of McDonald's, but when I was craving their mocha frappe, I ended up ordering a whole lot more, solely based on my increased hunger. But I have to say in the end, it was well worth it. Had a large custom breakfast order and I left not a single crumb of anything or even a drop of any of the drinks I ordered (and ended up taking home). Staff are friendly and even though service seems to be running wild at any time of the day and everyone is overwhelmed, everything gets done in a timely and orderly and organized fashion.
One time I was missing an order of bacon strips in my meal and had only gone to my car in the lot when I went back inside. Upon entering, the woman who handed me my order saw me and immediately knew why I returned, and apologized for the mistake without me even beginning to speak yet. I got a fresh order of bacon, and was offered a free dessert for my troubles of having to come back. I persisted that there was no problem and declined the offer, but the gesture was very welcome and shows just how courageous they are and how far they are willing to go to remedy any mistake.
It's very easy to see why McDonald's is considered the top #1 fast food restaurant among the rest out there. Again, not my restaurant of choice, but the few times I've come in, I've never been disappointed and would definitely return. They strive for success and fair to say they've...

When I was time to pay, I was being charged full price. I asked the young lady and she said that promotion ended a few days ago.. I asked to speak to her manager. Talked to the manager Frank. He seemed very flustered, Which I can understand because it was busy, but I asked him specifically when did the promotion end and he told me again it ended a few days ago. I specifically asked him. Why does his staff not know that I specifically asked in the drive-through if that promotion was still ongoing? He pretty much said I apologize and proceeded to charge me a full price, I asked who’s his boss was and that’s when he was just very rude and said if I wanted to pay for the big Mac meals and dismissed me. It was just so rude so dismissive. I just don’t understand how certain people are managers and they just don’t have the customer service and I can’t understand why it’s being promoted and it’s not being honored.
