Starbucks — Restaurant in Merced

I went to Starbucks yesterday morning for breakfast for the first time! I know, shocker... but I had to review. My experience was good, but not amazing. Before I went, I called to make sure they had what I wanted to order, but the woman on the phone seemed like she was in a hurry & didn't want to talk to me, she even told me they had a line, which I thought was really rude, BUT, I went anyway cause' I had to see if it was that great as everyone says it is. The customer service I received once I was there was very different from what I received on the phone. The cashier was super nice & compared to Jamba Juice, my drink came really fast... but I guess you can say Jamba takes longer because they make everything from scratch. I got a Cotton Candy Frap along with a Protein Box; it was good, but the downside was that it didn't fill me up. So, Starbucks is good, but I'm still on...

Dispicible employees.

Let me say i have been a customer for decades. And that Starbucks attract the homeless and normally welcomes them. But 1 shift and manager is deplorable. I've been homeless before it wasn't due to drugs or alcohol or laziness. It was a sudden closing of my work. Bout to here this manager talking to her employees when insult after insult about the 3 homeless individuals was horrendous things like they shouldn't be here and refering to them as the stinky people even though they order drinks is the truly disgusting part. Especially from a company that. Helps the homeless and always showing respect. This. Manager should be fired along with her snarky staff. Its humiliating enough being. Homeless without being treated like less of a human. Thank you for your time. As for myself there are plenty more shops to visit and I will no longer be...

I am extremely disappointed in this specific Starbucks location ….these girls do not pay attention to your order at all . This is the 3rd time that they mess up my drink not to mention today they messed up the order of the person in front of me in the drive thru and my order . It seems like they are distracted chatting it up in there & on top of it when we asked to remake the drink the lady got mad & had attitude . So disappointed . One time is okay but THREE TIMES !...
