If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a new place I started to order from and I had only ordered from them at least 3 times until this very last time. They told me the pizza wouldn't be done for an hour and a half, so I said ok no problem. Placed my order which was a small shrimp scampi pizza. Had to meet the driver outside as usual, because the company claims they are being sued by a worker who got hurt delivering the pizza inside an apartment.
So I met him outside. He accidentally closed the app that charges for the pizza by debit card (not fault of his own), but it took him like at least 5 min to finally charge me for the pizza. Then he told me he messed up so now it charged me without a tip. I said ok, sorry about that. He said it's his fault. I agreed and went inside.
Then as I'm getting ready to go back into my apartment, he comes running back and says he voided the charge?!? Who does that? Just so he could get a tip... So I tipped him $3. I got inside and opened the box and the pizza was borderline burnt, and now cold. I called in to see if they could send me a replacement pizza, and this lady kept repeating like a robot "I'm really sorry" like 8 times over. That's great that you are sorry, what are you guys going to do about it to make it right? Then I called back again because supposedly the owner wasn't there, and then the owner of the shop who is a disgusting, arrogant, unprofessional and a completely rude person, said with an attitude... "I took it out of the oven and placed it right in the bag." Why do these "companies" always try to justify their mistakes, throw adult temper tantrums and make excuses? Instead of providing a professional solution of good customer service? Because they don't care about the customer, only their money. Sad world we live in, where they are only happy with you until you have a complaint. I wasn't asking for a refund, just another pizza that was cooked right and not cold upon delivery. For crying out loud, their own box says "HOT PIZZA" right on it lol 😂. What a joke this place is.
So then I tell him I don't care if you did, the pizza is cold and not enjoyable at all! Can you send me a replacement pizza? He then said with a complete disrespectful tone and attitude, "No! I will not send you a replacement pizza. It's not my fault it's cold, heat it up yourself! This isn't dominoes, we don't replace Pizza's! And I'm no longer delivering to you anymore." Wow! Top notch customer service huh? (sarcasm). The owner is a complete JERK. I didn't know I ordered a microwave pizza? It's odd that I've never had to heat up a pizza that has been delivered to me before. And if there ever was a problem, they would send a replacement out and take mine back.
So then I mentioned how HIS DRIVER took forever to charge me for the pizza, and he replies, "we aren't talking about the driver, we are talking about the pizza!" Umm, hello?!? Why do you think the pizza is cold?!? That plays a BIG factor into it, and that wasn't my fault but his driver's fault. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN! STAY CLEAR FROM THIS HELL HOLE. THE OWNER IS COMPLETELY RUDE AND NEEDS SERIOUS ANGER MANAGEMENT! And the pizza is decent at best, I only kept ordering because it was cheap in price. Now I know why, because the company is cheap altogether. Don't take my word for it, others are complaining about their customer service experience as well below. I pray God humbles this man, because he needs it. May the Lord have mercy on his soul. I hope this helps others spend their money at a better place. And I hope this guy loses his shop, it's a lesson his arrogance...
Read moreThis place has easily became one of our absolute favorite pizza places in town. The pizza is absolutely amazing, im picky with my pizzas and this place has it down perfect. I also have loved anything else I've tried so far on the menu. I've been craving French fries like crazy lately and omg, they were perfection. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Exactly what I want when I want pizza and French fries. I keep forgetting to get a picture because we just go right into eating as soon as it hits the table 😂 plus the service there has always been amazing. The whole staff is super friendly and nice and my girls love going there to eat. Talking about it, I might have to go again tonight or very soon 😅 very worth it. And they have a rewards program which is always cool. Still being homeless we spend a lot eating out so any bit I can save helps me out a lot. I highly recommend...

Today I ordered a steak and cheese and the online menu says its $9.50 The only reason I used the online menu is because I asked for a menu every time I order and they say they are working on getting some. when I got there they charged me $16. The owner said that price was for the 6” is 9.50. I said you didn't tell me or give me a choice of what size I want.
