I have been going to this office for 30 years. When Dr Bruce Brumburger and other Drs were there it was an outstanding medical office. But the minute the became prohealth. They have gone down hill drastically. I was very sick. I was having heart palpitations, muscle, severe muscle cramping, sweating, severe, severe weakness. I couldn't even lift my arms up to my head to come my hair. I kept going back and back again and back again, and all they would do is take out their prescription pad and give me medication's, I said to the doctor how can you give me medication's? When you don't know what's wrong with me then one day I was out with my son dropping him off down the street for tennis lessons. I was in a bad way I was in so much pain and the doctors office is right across the street so I just went without an appointment Lucky for me. There was a doctor that was new and she was the only one available so I said fine. I'll see anybody at this point. I just wanted to them to see what I was like when I was having these muscle spasms I couldn't even be touched by anybody that's how bad I hurt she came in. Took one look at me and said she was pretty sure she knew what was wrong with me but she wanted to do a blood panel to make sure no mind you I have been to the doctors office at least 6 to 10 times before this and no one ever did anything but give me medication the next day. She called me and told me that I had a Thyroid disease. It was called Hashimoto's your usual count is supposed to be between 4.5 and five mine was 400 they gave me the medicine right away and within a week I was feeling better but if it wasn't for that one time that I went in there and saw this doctor that I never saw before, I would've been dead I should have left that office when Dr. Brumberger left. I never trusted them after that I don't know why I didn't leave. I just didn't want to have to go Dr. shopping because I hate doctors know I've been missed diagnosed again and I have stage four cancer. These are true stories I'm telling you maybe other people I've had better results but I am leaving this practice. I'm finding another doctor. Finally I should have done it years ago, I just want people to know what I went through so if they're trying to make a decision on where to get healthcare, they have heard my story and they can make their own decision if they want to go to Pro house care and...
Read moreI’ve gone here since I was born. I also brought my son here as his primary care doctor. My son had his yearly physical and we were running late because I don’t have car and I took and Uber to get there. My appointment was at 4pm and I showed up 8-9 minutes late. I go to check in and 2 people are in front of me, I get up to the counter the woman is extremely rude and says they have a10 minute late policy and by the time she checks me in it would be 11 after the hour. How is that my problem? She said she went and asked the doctor and by the time she came back in was 11 after and she said that Beth said to reschedule. I’ve never had any medical practice say something like this! Why even have a10 minutes late policy if it doesn’t count when you walk in the door. There weee 2 people in line before me. But by the time I got to the front of line it was 10 minutes after. I legit showed the woman by phone and it just turned 4:10pm while I was standing there. Also if I had got there at 4pm they probably wouldn’t have called me in until 4:10 and the doctor wouldn’t have came in the room until 4:20/4:30. There’s been plenty of times I’ve had an appointment and been waiting 30 minutes to be seen. So acting like they moved onto other patients because I walked in the door 8 minutes late is insane. Needless to say I plan to look for a new doctors office because I’ve never been treated so disrespectfulty. I asked if I could talk to anyone else and she said no. My entire family goes to this practice and everyone I’ve told about this thinks it’s super strange. I hope the woman at the front desk gets fired. She shouldn’t be working with the public at all, she was rude and doesn’t understand the practices own policies. You tell someone there’s a 10 minute late policy but your so slow checking people in so that person gets up to the desk as the clock turns 10 after the hour and you tell them it will turn 11 after the hour by the time your slow self checks then in?...
Read moreI’ve had nothing but bad experiences with ProHealth in general. They care more about their bottom line than patients. I’ll never set foot in this office again. Don’t bother asking them to fill out FMLA paperwork. Their answer will always be “no” and their reasoning is unjustifiable. The wait times are long and and their office staff are rude. I regret ever coming here.
I submitted a request to have my medical record sent to my new PCP. They sent me a bill for $30.00. The statement says they won’t release my records until I pay their ridiculous fees. I’ve never had to pay for records…never ever! An $8.50 delivery fee?! ...
