I will agree with previous reviews. The woman behind the counter (Caroline) is an absolute miserable human. DO NOT COME HERE. Prohealth has other imaging centers. She should be thankful she doesn't work for me. She would have been fired on the spot.

There are words used to describe people like this, but I am certain they are not allowed. Shame on Prohealth, with the bad reviews piling up you are only hurting...

Extremely disappointed. We were sent there by our doctor and the lady at the front desk was really rude. She literally said that I needed to step out of the office to call and make an appointment even though our requisition was in the system. She said she couldn’t make an appointment for us while we were in the office. Her attitude made it seem like coming there to get an X-ray was bothersome to her. I will be telling my doctor not to refer this place as they obviously do jot want...

They tell you not to eat or drink after 12am or before your appointment. Then they tell you to take all medication as prescribed by your doctor.
