I want to shared my gratitude to two Doctors I am forever thankful for, Dr. Yarbrough and former Dr. Elizabeth Webb. In 2009 when Dr. Elizabeth Webb was with the practice, she went above and beyond when I was going through a life-threathing medical condition. She moved mountains to get me treated right away. She would call me daily to see how I was doing. The Lord blessed me then with Dr. Webb. Unfortunately, she left the practice and joined Middlesex where I couldn't follow up with her since my isurance wasn't accepted. As for Dr. Yarbrough, she is the second Doctor out of 20+ I have been a patient of the practice. Dr. Yarbrough is someone that you can easily open up to and quickly feel her warmth. She takes her time to listen as much as she can (limited due her schedule), but I will always be thankful for her. Worst dr office on the planet. Seriously I've been out of my medication since the 3rd!! (Because THEY wrote the scrip wrong in the first place)... it's now the 16th!...... and then they actually have the AUDACITY to get super snippy(I have to say one woman there is very sweet. Just not the rest) at me when I keep calling ever couple days to see what the hold up is this time "other people need medication" ....i am "other people"! What the hell.. you would think seeing the problems I've been having there would be a little sense of caring or urgency.. I'm not complaining because I've been out of medication for a day or 2 .. it's been almost 2 weeks!!!... I think at that point it's safe for me to start not being too happy.. especially when it's medication that's needed to complete basic functions and tasks on a daily basis.. soooooo unacceptable. Dr. Yarborough and Nancy Hwang get 5 stars. But unfortunately the practice itself has gone so far downhill I can't go here anymore. The entire practice is too overburdened with patients and you can tell all of the staff is overworked

Dr. Doan tells my elderly father he's in perfect health because his labs are good. Meanwhile he has lost 50lbs over a few years and is malnourished and has developed dementia. But that has gone unaddressed for years. Because the labs are great.. Of course blood sugar and lipids would be "normal" when someone is wasting away.
