Dunkin' — Restaurant in Meriden

Another DD from Meriden out of my list. Placed my order through drive through, PLAIN BAGEL TOASTED VERY LIGHT ON CREAM CHEESE an apple juice, medium coconut flavored hot coffee light and sweet, PLAIN BAGEL TOASTED WITH BUTTER AND AMERICAN CHEESE CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE SURE MY CHEESE IS MELTED. And 2 Boston cream donuts. That’s how exactly I requested my order I this was very cleared. Came to window order was ready in less than 1 minute. Something tells me check your order, Jajaja my bagel cold and the cheese taking out of freezer 😡 very stiff. I ask the lady wasn’t my cheese supposed to be melted ? She gives the bagel to the guy and he puts it inside microwave with wrapper 🤦‍♀️I said I better check the other bagel 🥯 surprise they threw a blob of cream cheese didn’t even spread it, with all the cream cheese you could’ve made 3 more bagels. Handed back and said if I was the one serving you would you eat your bagel looking so nasty like this, it’s not even presentable. He was trying to be funny and said how does it look now, and went and out American cheese on it. I got more upset and told them I wanted my money back you can stay with everything. Both of the guys making the bagels were adults and managers. Unbelievable shame...

Went here today with my best friend. She ordered drinks for us on the Dunkin Donuts app. We waited more than a half hour to get drinks. I never got mine & when my best friend got hers it wasn’t what she ordered because someone said there wasn’t any frozen coffee. And one employer said that don’t tell them that just make it. They did make it and it ended up being the wrong drink entirely. We went up to the front desk to tell them that she wanted a refund. The person who was at the front said that the drink was a raspberry cold foam. It clearly wasn’t. Instead of them refunding my best friend, she had to call customer service and chat with a representative. And after talking with her she finally got her money back. This Dunkin has to train the employees so they can make the drinks better. When they get on the go drinks they take long to make them. And when they do make them they make them wrong a majority of the time. I will NOT be stepping into this Dunkin EVER again and my best friend probably won’t be going there again either. Tye food choices have become limited over the years at all DD spots, so not this locations fault (I want them to bring back the Power Breakfast Sandwich that disappeared during the 2020 COVID era!).. This location is closest to my house, so it is convenient. If I park and go inside, it's usually pretty quick, but I have the app, so I like the ability to pre-order, drive up, and go with ease. Unfortunately, this location gives me a hard time every time I go about going to the front of the car line to pick up my order. Every other location (in both CT & MA) that I use gets this right, but I'm told, "If you stop at the window to tell us you are here, we will know to have it ready for you." Same exact thing said EVERY TIME, to which I consistently respond, "The app tells you that I want ut made immediately, or tells you the pick up time that I choose. So, stopping at the window is redundant, AND it defeats the convenience of pre-ordering. If I have to get in line to say that I have arrived, then I may as well wait in line and place the order."... I tend to choose other locations for drive-thru shopping, even though this would be the closest stop for pick up on my way out or on...
